      Horrible warranty and not worth the money. I have purchased products from this company in the past and bought products within the last 3 months. The mardi gras line was appealing to us. Needless to say they receive no stars because the mugs peeled within 2 washings by hand. When we reached out to the company, they said nothing I could do because I was out of warranty, and I should of washed gently.

      Very poor customer service. My order via ***** is now 6 days late, was listed as out for delivery and it still has not arrived. They told me I had to wait 4 business days, which it has been, and I am furious they will not reship. I am more than happy to ship back the items I ordered if they ever do show up. ***** ground is absolutely horrible in our rural area, but their response to the problem is inexcusable.

      Horrible customer service. I am due a refund and they will not respond to emails, impossible to connect with someone on the phone. Avoid this company at all costs. I will be let my credit card company deal with them to get the money I am owed.

      Ordered a water bottle. Attempted to cancel order an hour later because wife wanted a straw top. Pressed "cancel order" multiple times and was never successful. Sent emails with no response. Attempted to call several times but never able to actually get a person. Horrible customer service. In fact, there is none. Wish I could leave zero stars.

      Placed an online order 13 days ago and received email confirmation. I have since received 0 updates from them, and according to the order status on their website, the product has still not shipped. I called and emailed them a week ago, and can't get a hold of anyone. Called again today, no answer. I'm disputing the charge on my credit card, as I seemingly have no alternative.

      I ordered a day cooler and when received, found it was too small. I never even took the cooler out of the box it came in. Returned merchandise per company instructions. Return was delivered and signed for by an RTIC employee on 11/21/22. As of today, 12/9/22, I still have no credit for the returned merchandise even though website states credit will be applied in 3-5 days. The customer service number has stated for days that “no support agents are available to take your call”. My attempts at a live chat have consistent yielded a “we are not online at this time” response. I have emailed as a last resort for contacting customer service and I received an automated response stating that I would be hearing from them in 7-10 business days.
      I have never experienced such a lack of customer service from a legitimate company before. How can you have a company without available agents in your customer service departments? I have never called a large company before and been told repeatedly at all different times of day that no one is available to answer my call. Awful customer service.

      Crappy product. Zipper lasted for no more than 20 uses then the zipper got off track and can’t go back on as there is a tear in the outer lining. Now useless….

      Ordered a cooler 2 months ago, returned it immediately upon arrival because it wasn't what we needed. The company wouldn't answer calls, customer service wouldn't respond. We were not issued a refund. We disputed with the credit card company and RTIC responds rapidly to the credit card company, promising to refund us. Credit company takes back the disputed charge money and we wait for the refund. Two months later, we do not have a refund and RTIC is refusing to give us the refund until the "dispute is resolved." However, the dispute WAS resolved 2 months ago. Customer service is rude and hangs up, worst company ever. They have 200 dollars of our money and refuse to return it to us. Never buy from this company.

      I would leave 0 starts if I could. Terrible customer service. I asked simply for replacements for the foam pieces that come for the lid of the 20 can soft pack cooler, offered to pay. Response was "Unfortunately we do not offer replacement parts for the soft packs, only the zipper pull." Really. I also noticed, even in air conditioning, ice lasts about 4 to 5 hours. What a joke! Stay way from this company.

      Return policy/warranty is garbage. Will never purchase from them again. Customer service is weak-sauce.
