    I set up an appointment with *******, the owner. We were stood up. Didnt even bother to call us if they had a problem with the time and day.Highly unprofessional people!!!

    Dear Ms. ************** truly sorry for the missed appointment and for the frustration it caused. We completely understand how valuable your time is, and we want to assure you that it was never our intention to be disrespectful or unprofessional.Unfortunately, there was an honest mix-up on our endMr. Place mistakenly believed the appointment was scheduled for a different day. As soon as we realized the error, both Mr. Place and our office manager made attempts to reach out, apologize, and offer to reschedule, but we didnt receive a response.Please know that we take these matters seriously. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and dedication to our clients. This was not a reflection of our interest in your business but simply a human mistake, and we regret the inconvenience it caused.We would still appreciate the opportunity to make this right if you're open to it.Respectfully,Southwestern Roofing Management
