    Offer Giants backed out of buying our house because they said the lost a major investor in CA. They kept us in limbo for weeks and we couldn't get a hold of them. We had to postpone selling our house because we were under contract with them. They never paid us the $1500 good faith deposit for our inconvenience

    We have our processes and terms that work for buying in all 50 states, we usually pay more than other companies, but our terms are pretty important so that we can buy in all 50 states :)

Although my situation changed and we decided not to proceed with selling, my transaction even at the end was amazing and I cannot thank them enough!

    I spoke with multiple home buying companies and let me tell you this one is superb. Joe was the best representative of all the people I ever spoke with even from other companies. He was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Even though we never closed on a deal he never pressured me, or mislead me by any means. He was superb to work with and I’ll send others to this company just because of him. The price we discussed was fair and had no frills or strings attached. I ended up going with a personal friend instead but had I not had a friend, Joe made me feel like he already was one. Do business with this company and ASK FOR JOE!

    Wow, what a company. Joe, Troy and Sydney were an amazing team and made this process so easy for me and my brothers. I was skeptical at first since they were an online company, but their communication was above and beyond. They made sure all of us were on the same page and closed on the timeframe we asked.     To be honest I was a bit nervous before working with Offer Giants because I’ve never sold a home before but couldn't have been more satisfied with the entire process! From start to finish, Troy & the rest of the team demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and dedication. The offer they made I felt was fair compared to what my agent said I could get so I felt good accepting their offer.
