    I have in writing from Graham Management that they have no policies and procedures governing the holding of HOA Board meetings, creating and posting HOA Board meeting minutes and holding elections. Our HOA election last year was flawed in 4 ways: incorrect roster of eligible voters, unable to print or count emailed ballots, wrong number of seats up for election (due mistake earlier) and one candidate was not listed on the ballot. The Community Manager for ******** ***** HOA is very disrespectful of the residents at meetings and on phone calls.

    They are petty, disorganized and difficult to work with. I would be embarrassed to work for this company.

    We are having significant issues with communication and the staff. Complaints and concerns have been unaddressed by April, who is supposed to be our "go to person." We have spoken with neighbors within our community and they have the same issues we have, the residents are dismissed, and complaints are ignored. Graham management needs to address multiple issues within the neighborhood of Easton Commons as the area seems to be deteriorating, yet the HOA fee is increasing yearly for he residents.

    They lost internally my annual payment $672.28.
    They applied late fee of $55.65 even when I paid them as I was notified.
    9 months after , they found the old one sent check and cashed instead to return it to me.
    Finally, they got paid twice and still claiming the late fee !
    Graham Mgt seems not working in the interest of Homeowners, just acting like Credit Card & Collections.

    We are sorry to hear of your experience but upon review of the account we found that there was no payment lost internally. The first payment that you mailed was to the lockbox in Lewisville but was apparently not delivered by the post office until just this month. Our office was not responsible for this delayed delivery - that is the fault of the post office. Using the online payment option may help avoid this type of situation in the future.
