    "I have in writing from Graham Management that they have no policies and procedures governing the holding of HOA Board meetings, creating and posting HOA Board meeting minutes and holding elections. Our HOA election last year was flawed in 4 ways: incorrect roster of eligible voters, unable to print or count emailed ballots, wrong number of seats up for election (due mistake earlier) and one candidate was not listed on the ballot." ...
