This company sold me a salvage title car and did not dusclose this information ti me. The car has so many issues that was not disclosed to me. I am waiting in this company to take this car out of my name and my auto loan needs to disappeae as well. Do not go to thi company. They are not honest and you will not get a great qualiry car. Make sure they also give you the car fax on each car. I got the car fax from a sifferent sealership and it was 22 pages long. Keep driving don't stop at this company. The BBB needs to shut them down permanently.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at your dealership and to request the immediate return of my $2,500 down payment.I 05/21/2025 visited Fredy Kia with a pre-approval from ***********, expecting a smooth and transparent transaction. Based on my understanding, the process with *********** involves selecting a vehicle at a participating dealership, providing the pre-approval reference number, and completing the purchase without multiple credit inquiries ensuring that my credit would only be pulled once through ************When I arrived at your dealership, I was assisted by salesperson ******* ******** and finance manager ****. I was told that I was approved but would need to provide a $2500 down payment. Later to tell me It provided $3000 with the understanding that the financing was secured and the deal was finalized. I was then allowed to take the vehicle home. Two days later, I attempted to connect my vehicle to the *** app but was unsuccessful. The next day, ******* and **** contacted me to say that the wrong VIN number had been entered and I needed to return to the dealership to correct it. I complied and returned the vehicle.Upon arrival, **** informed me that I now needed to put down $7,000 for the deal to go through. At that point, due to the unprofessional handling of the entire process, I requested a cancellation of the deal and a refund of my $2,500 down payment. Instead, I was told to wait while they looked for another vehicle. Despite my clear request to end the transaction, they refused to return my down payment and kept the ****** make matters worse, I later discovered that my credit was pulled again without my consent,

They aren’t honest. Our contract amounts for our trade in, price of the new car were different than verbally discussed. They added $1037 of add-on’s without asking us if we wanted them. When my husband went back to cancel the add on’s, manager said those are on the front of the contract, they’re not add on’s and you can’t cancel them. He told my husband he should have read the contract before signing it. We trusted them and they took advantage of us.

I am profoundly disappointed with my experience at Fredy Kia. This dealership not only engages in dubious practices with their customers but also fails to compensate their employees fairly. Reports indicate that they misrepresent employee earnings on check stubs and deceive the IRS about the actual wages paid.

Such unethical behavior is not limited to the sales floor; it permeates the entire organization, affecting both customers and staff. It is truly disheartening to see a company operating in such an unscrupulous manner. Their lack of integrity and fairness is apparent in every facet of their business operations.

I strongly advise against doing business with Fredy Kia. If you value honesty, professionalism, and fair treatment, this dealership is not the place for you. Their unethical practices and blatant disregard for both customer and employee well-being make them an organization to avoid. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions and encourages Fredy Kia to reevaluate their business practices.

Horrible. Told us certain vehicles were for sale and available. Drove 2 hours. When we went in, they were not handicapped friendly and sent us to a different location. When we got to The second location, they sent us back to the first location. when we went back to the first location, ithey sent us back again to the second location. We went back and forth 4 times, only to be told the vehicles were not available. After we walked out, the said vehicles were in their lot at the back not ready to be sold. A lot of wasted energy for a handicapped person. Lots of wasted frustration, gas, and disappointment. Do NOT use this business. Horrible experience!!!!!

I had the absolute worst time at this dealership. They promised and swore to me that if I came in, they could get me into a car. They claimed that if traditional lenders didn’t work, that they had in house financing.
I told them specifically that I couldn’t afford a new car and wanted a used car. When I got there, they seemed irritated that I was there and stuck me with a new salesman. The salesman proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have any used cars (lie) then he swore that he could get me into a new Soul or Forte. They ran my credit like 50 times, then told me there wasn’t anything they could do for me.
I left a bad review on Yelp, then two years later a manager named Rafael messaged me out of the blue offering me a $50 gift card bribe to change my review from a one star to a five star.
These people are ridiculous and it’s not surprising to see that the BBB revoked their accreditation.
It’s funny, if you notice the positive reviews on ALL review sites and apps, they’re always in clusters. Like you’ll see fifty 5 star reviews all on the same day.
Avoid this dealership like the plague! If you’re dead set on buying a Kia, go to Joe Myers or ******, they have legit good reviews!

This is the worst place ever do not waste your money on them! All the people do is go to the auction and buy their cars without properly servicing them and they have a trick where they clear the service lights off. How do you sell someone a car and when they tell you they get paid a certain time you ignore that and make their payments due whenever you want it to be? These people will sell you a lemon “As is” and they don’t give you a vehicle history report so you don’t know if it has been in any accidents or even a flood. Beware because they will take advantage of your struggle then take your money and have some random man pop up on you and not show any paperwork but say he’s taking the car. All of their cars have problems, *** *********** *** ******* ***** ******* *** ***** **** **** and they will lie and make up something to say that you owe them way more than what you were quoted. GET A LAWYER if you buy a car from them!

I purchased my car 60 days ago and I have been having issues with my car continuously cutting off on me! I went to the dealership several times and even they had a mechanic named Michael lie and told me the issue was resolved. Drove away my car cut off me this time while at the ramp getting off the highway. Took there again and they lied again saying that they don’t have any answers as to why it’s cutting off again!!! This is dangerous driving a car like this

Hello, I recently tried to purchase a vehicle with Fredy. I was approved for the vehicle and payed a $500 down payment and was asked to come back with another $250 to make the down payment $750. Before signing paperwork for the car and paying the initial down payment, I was told that I was eligible to get a Texas driver’s license and was scheduled an appointment. I had no issue with paying the down payment so that the vehicle would be mine. However, when I went to get a Texas license I was told that I was not able to get a license due to my Louisiana license having a flag on it. I was asked by Mr. ****** and Mr. *******, who were both great and went above and beyond to get me in the vehicle, to find a co-signer with a license. I was told that they were co-signing for the sole purpose of me not having a license. Today, after two weeks, I was told that the bank won’t approve with my co-signer because they needed the both of us to have a license.
I am writing because I put out $500 for a vehicle that I won’t ever see again. Had I had $500 to just waste, I’d be ok but unfortunately I don’t think anyone has $500 to waste these days especially due to the fact that my grandmother passed away this past weekend. If I backed out of buying the vehicle then I’d understand not getting the $500 back. However, this is not the issue. I did everything I was asked of to get this vehicle but it wasn’t enough. This should be an exception to the non refundable deposit. I really appreciate everything Mr. ****** and Mr. ******* did to help me.
