    I received a bill in the mail in January ******************************************************* September 2024. I have made several online payments toward my account since January 2025, but have not received any additional statements in the mail showing an updated balance. I have emailed the business on multiple occasions at ****************************** and ***************** to try and have someone provide me with an updated account balance. I have not heard back from anyone. I would just like to be provided with an updated account balance so I can make sure my payments are being applied (since there is no option to create an account on their website with your information and log in and see any of your information) or I would like monthly updated statements mailed to me, like any other medical billing company does.

    Called and spoke to the customer on the phone on May 7th, 2025. Apologized for the billing error that resulted in the customer not receiving a monthly statement, provided details about account balance and provided customer with direct contact information of more than one person in the billing department so they could reach us with any future questions. Further explained to customer that the email address listed on their payment receipts is a "do-not-reply" address of a mailbox that isn't monitored. Sent customer a certified letter to the same effect, along with an a current monthly statement.

    This company is fraudulently billing me. I was seen at ********* care a few times. I had insurance when I first started to go. Then I went as self pay. I was given a sheet saying that agree to pay from $****** $1500. Only 2 visits cost $1500. I NEVER EVER HEARD from this company. I left countless messages and never received a phone call bill in the mail. NOTHING. Sometime in 2024 maybe July I received a bill for $48,000. Every time I call in to see where the total came from no one can answer my questions. They just argue & say I created the bills. $48,000 from $750 & $1500 bills. No!! This company advertise they don't bill like a traditional ER. That's the only reason I went. I was NEVER told about these high dollar amounts.

    No . Contacted the office manager only to never receive a call back. They are just trying to get my information so that I can be harassed not contacted. If someone wants to contact me they can contact me pertaining to This report only at ************.

    Good morning! 

     

    I am writing to formally request a review of complaint # ********. We have attempted to contact the customer numerous times at several different phone numbers that we have on file, to address their concerns, but all numbers are disconnected. Additionally, after responding to the complaint on the BBB portal, we sent the customer a certified letter on Monday, February 3, 2025 (copy attached), in which we offered to review their bill with them and resolve any concerns they may have, but we have gotten no response. We are more than happy to offer the customer a satisfactory resolution but we are not able to reach them. Please let me know if you need any additional details. I appreciate your help with this matter. Thanks!

    After receiving substandard care at ******** ********* *****r, LLC during a visit on 6/14/2023, I received a bill for 815.04 (indicated as patient responsibility; this is after billing my insurance for ~$10,000 for a level of care that was so poor, I addressed it at that time with them). Upon reviewing the bill and the line items for this I am seeing markups that are so egregious, I cannot believe they are legal- they are certainly not justified. For example- I was given 1 Benadryl capsule- billed at 25.00, Electrolyte test with a normal OOP cost of 20-50 dollars charged at 213.00, a glucose test which ranges from 7.00-51.00 without insurance billed at 139.00. Not only was the level of care received utterly lacking- the billing is not commensurate even if the visit had been on par.

    We are sorry to hear that Mr. ******** was dissatisfied with the services received. We did follow up with Mr. ******** and have adjusted off the balance for this date of service, as a courtesy,  since he felt that the service was subpar. Our charges our commensurate with other facilities, within the same geo zip code and we only bill patients for the patient cost share, in accordance with their insurance policy. We explained this to Mr. ******** as well.
