            I purchased the engine from this company and from the beginning they screwed up told me the engine was on the way in two weeks later it wasn't after the fact they sent an engine out which was the wrong engine my truck takes a 3.6 they sent me a 3.5 engine out tried to call the guy and tell them to come back and get the engine and he played around with me and told me he sent the right hand until we found out I sent him a number off the engine and they came and got the engine now he's trying to force me to buy an engine from him I don't want to do business with them at all they showed me too much incompetence

            I previously wrote a 1 star review over a bad engine I received, I was having issues with customer service at the time and I now believe we was just having a misunderstanding on the issues.. Alan reached out to me over my concerns and after I sent several pictures and videos of the issues I was having, He has agreed to give me a full refund or a free replacement, I didn't have time to wait on another engine so I decided for a full refund.. although I received a bad engine which can happen, these are used engines, they seem to be standing by the warranty, the only thing i would caution is make sure you read the contract before you sign, they can't guarantee milage on the engine regardless of what the sales rep tells you.. the engine I received had more miles then what I was told, and make sure you look the engine over before you sign and take pictures of anything that may concern you. If you have issues just ask for Alan Gessler.
