    a Year ago, my contract expired with Rhythm, I went online and set up a renewal with a different email address. I did this because, contrary to what they claim they do not offer the same contract once they have you tied in. I received my renewal welcome packet, and I was set, I lately noticed my bills are extremely high, between $500 and $600 a month for a standard home. I went online and could no longer log into my account. I contacted Rhythm and it turns out they automatically deleted the new account and started billing month to month on the expired account, this has been happening for 11 months. I had a chat with Iris ********, and she told me they are not prepared to pay the money back they stole from me. But I have the right to close my account at no additional costs. Horrible company. Run from them.

    My electric bill was never over 270 in August! Until I switched with Rhythm jumping over 400? I called multiple times about my usege!I have never had used over 2500 for a pas 5 years! When I started service with Rhythm my usege is almost 3000??is impossible!Run!

    Rhythm reached out to the customer to explain that their usage was similar to the prior year. Rhythm offers several payment assistance options as well as average billing to mitigate summer bill spikes. We believe the customer's concerns have been addressed in our subsequent phone conversations.

    If I could I would give them a -0. First of all they could not ever show the complete itemized report every month on their website or mail for the monthly bills and they failed to tell me my rate plus the added rates was higher than any one but they blame Oncor for the higher rate not true! Also in this heat wave they did not help there customers for anything they just said keep it at 80 and the usage won’t be so high. I live in Texas on 3rd floor with children how are we making it…literally prayers and the bill was doubled and I called them on this $501 dollars for a one bedroom apartment and all they said pay half and we can see what we can help do for the payment. Their help is Great thanks for paying half and we give you “five days” grace period to come up with the rest or they are tacking on a late fee!!!!! What then they say thank you for being a valued customer! What! Don’t use Rhythm Energy they do not care about there customers! By the way I pay my bills inspite of the high cost but I was in a contract but not this time not renewing! Beware everyone
