    TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS! They thought they were going to do a killing in the business, they killed their customers. Through incompetence and amateurism. Javier, the salesman, is just that, a salesman. Does not even know where the doors of the elevators are. We had to change our plans because of that. Just good to collect the checks. It was supposed to take two weeks. It took almost 3 months. Craftmanship was deplorable: they had to redo a wall three times. Don't even talk about painting which had to be redone three times too... They did not care. They never apologize for the various delays, as someone would have done if on top of everything. Franco is a nice guy, but he hires what he can find and it's certainly not the best. The workers that put together the elevator were very competent and build it in 2 days. Nice. Almost forgot: could not get any info from Michelle about when the elevator was to be delivered. So I called the company *** *** in Miami. They would not answer. Not to a customer. Guess they are afraid their subsidiaries **** ***** *** That shows confidence... And, cherry on the cake, they wanted us to pay the last check BEFORE completion of the job. So they turn the elevator off. It turns out that I am an electrical engineer... Ephraim and Michele should be banned from doing business. "Well, it's not our fault, it's the contractor". "We are not in charge". Amazing and incredible. Lack of professionalism all the way. Too bad, nice product, incompetent people.
