- Additional Info:The company currently has billboard signs with the term "Lowest prices." To claim that an advertiser’s prices are the lowest requires systematic, timely, and on-going monitoring of all competitors and all products covered by the claim. Due to rapid price fluctuation and the difficulty in knowing all competitors’ selling prices at all time, lowest price claims shall not be used. Instead, terms such as “low” or “lower” should be used.
The company responded on June 4, 2012 and said the billboard wording would be changed at the next billboard revision. BBB will monitor this case and provide an update at the company's next billboard revision, the date of which has not yet been set.
