  Jay A . Finn, CPA is really an excellent accountant company to work with.
  I started with this company last year, from the first meeting which started with appointments, I found I am in a right place, they took care of my company very well, all the advises they give is really useful, they put enough time for you to solve all your issues. With my previous accountant, I lost a lot money in my taxes. fortunately Jay A . Finn, CPA saved a lot money.
  The staffs are very kind, friendly, and respectful, they are sitting there to help the clients.

  These guys (and gals) are great! I worked with a fellow named Jim, who helped me understand some reports I received about my investments and what the tax implications would be. I've also had conversations with Jay and he's been willing to listen to my situation and provide advice. All this was before I even became a client. Good people.

  Incompetent people. First I found a mistake on the tax return, but they didn't understand what's wrong so I had to explain it to them!!!
  
  Then they didn't file on time which resulted in fees. At first they told me they'll cover the fees, then they stopped answering.
  
  If you already are unfortunate enough to use their service, know that you can contact the Texas Board of Public Accountancy to report low standards of CPA practice. It worked like a miracle for me and Jay Finn all of a sudden became cooperative and covered all my fees.

  Considering it was a bit complex, I was charged a more than fair price. Additionally, there were a couple hiccups in the process that were taken care of by Jay Finn immediately. I can't imagine going anywhere else, ever. I am more than satisfied with the work and customer service. Use them!!!

  Jay Finn, CPA and Extraordinary TEAM is the best in town and in the business! Their knowledge of IRS tax code exceeds expectations when you really need to save money for your family.
  I have used them in my personal and business taxes for years now.
  The advice you get as you go through the year for purchase do's and don't's, is worth the money you spend doing your taxes with them vs. the gains you save at the end of the year, because of tax code knowledge. This company has my Stamp of Approval!

  *AVOID IF YOU VALUE TIMELINES OR COMMUNICATION!*
  
  I first reached out on Oct 7 and was promised that my individual (simple) taxes would be completed by the Oct 15th extension deadline. On Oct 13 someone called me and shared that they OVERCOMMITTED and that my taxes would not be done by the 15th and offered to give me my money back. I agreed to continue the process without any compensation for the delay or the associated fines that would result from their broken commitment.
  
  NOW, the latest target date is Nov 26th!!!
  
  I've had to initiate communication to get updates and to date no tax preparer has been assigned.
  
  As someone who works in professional services, this is simply unacceptable, especially given the premium paid for their services.*AVOID IF YOU VALUE TIMELINES OR COMMUNICATION!*
