Have been using this service, for years and have NEVER had an issue with them. Sometimes the particular towing service has had issues but NOT Best Roadside Service!

Thank you for the review! We have access to over 45000 providers and we are always updating our provider list as well as removing providers that dont get a good feedback score on our phone surveys we conduct on each and every service incident. "We've been a client of Best Roadside for over three years. Initially, we experienced poor customer service with them. However, since 2023, they have significantly improved the quality of their customer service. I have been a member for many years. I have used the service on several occasions. Each time, I have been relieved and extremely satisfied with the service. Whether a flat tire or a battery issue, someone is dispatched who assesses the situation and addresses the problem. I have never been discouraged or disappointed with the service. We have used Best Roadside for 10 years (since 2013) for my commercial fleet. With almost 100 rental vehicles ranging from sedans to 12 passenger vans, we need a flexible roadside company. Their new call center is great and have been prompt and efficient. When we had issues with prior call centers, and once we escalated the issue, Best Roadside took care of the problems.Best Roadside Service, LLC Response

We have a Ford Excursion with 437,000+ miles. We said we'd never get rid of it till the wheels fell off. Then one day one of the wheels fell off on the on-ramp of a major highway in our area. The tow driver was helpful and professional. He got my wife, and our beloved Excursion safely to the Ford Dealership where the truck was repaired. We all take our lives in our hands on the roads and highways. Thanks to Best Roadside Assistance we will never drive alone.Best Roadside Service, LLC Response
