      I am awaiting the approval of my application, and was told that it needed supervisor approval because of the rent debt that appeared in my credit when it was pulled. They proposed a high risk rate that would be added on to the account because this was unpaid. I have attached to this email proof of rent debt payment. However, they still need a verification of residence form completed by the apartment complex. The apartment contact information is attached. ****** ************ ****************************** ****************** ********************* Apartment 0824 I went there this morning to prepare for the appointment today, August 17, 2024 @ 11:00, and they are under new management and have no records of my account or any account before ****** was a resident from January 10, 2020 - April 11, 2024.Accounts were paid in full. My original move in date on application login was August 10, 2024 into 0916. This was changed to August 14, 2024. Then it changed again to apartment 4107 on August 15, 2024. I had a scheduled appointment on August 17, 2024 with the manager to get the keys to the apartment and obtain lease, but the manager who told me to come back is not here.I completed the application on August 3, 2024. I was told that I was approved with a high risk rate that needed to be paid upfront with current application, but when I came for the appointment I was told the systems were down. I waiting from 11:00-2:15 for the system to get back up. Yet, on the phone the internet company said that nothing was wrong on their end. The manager did not even show up. Last week when I was supposed to get the key, she was at home sick until August 16, 2024. Employees I spoke with were Aliana and ***** (manager).I have submitted emails prior through the rent cafe on the urgency of the issue.8/8/2024 8/10/2024 8/13/2024 8/17/2024 I keep getting the run around and told to come back with no resolve. May you assist in the resolve of this issue?
