    Beware this company is extremely fraudulent. Solo Stove continued to take money from our account even after payment was already made. We had to cancel our card and open an investigation with our bank to get the funds back. **************** was useless the only response we received was a redirection to their AI chat bot, with no real help or accountability. Absolutely unacceptable business practices. Be very cautious before ordering from them.

    Bought 1 and love the stove but... Just sold it u really can't be serious about a spoke person who shows a video he did about killing president *****. Bad choice boys pandering....

    Horrible experience. Ordered and received a Canyon stove. Damaged when I opened the box although there was no visible damage on the outside of the box. Solo customer service blamed ***** for the damage. I was told that I needed to return both the stove and the surround (even though the surround had no damage) before I could order a replacement unless I wanted to wait 3-5 days after they received the stove for them to then ship a replacement. No help at all even when I offered to pay for a replacement to get it here in time for our party. The person that I spoke to was unapologetic and not really helpful unless I wanted to accept the damaged unit for $125 credit. I don't think that's acceptable on a unit that costs over $1,000. Unless you have a couple of months to get a working unit that's undamaged, I would save the time and aggravation. I now have to pack the unit and drive it to ***** as Solo doesn't offer that service unless you pay additional for it.

    Solo stove is NOT flameless and still has the smell of a camp fire!!! The description said Smokeless and No camp fire smell AND you can NOT leave on patio because it will rust!!! You would think its a fireplace so you could leave outside!!!! Waste of money!!!

    Absolutely do not recommend purchasing anything from this company. You likely won't get your order that you paid for, and you won't be able to reach anyone to get a refund either. Ordered the Bonfire Solo Stove on 12/8 - got an email that same day with shipping tracking info for **** Fast forward to 12/24 over 2wks later - *** still has not received the shipment.Reached out to the company on their help chat center - was told my order "got stuck in the cracks" but they would issue an expedited reshipment of my order, which I would "receive in 2-5 business days". I was told I would receive another email with tracking info for the reshipment.I never received an email stating the product was reshipped, and never received the product. I reached out to the help chat center again - this time I was abruptly disconnected and a message stating they "didn't know how to help but customer service would reach out to me" was displayed.I went to their customer service section of their website and filed a complaint - I did get a email confirmation they received and would be reaching out to be in 24hrs. No response - no email, no call, or even automated email saying they are experiencing delays.

    Sitting on hold after a half hour wait. Talked to first rep who could not help me. Asked to speak to someone else, she put me on hold again, then I was hung up on. Already waited a half hour this morning where I spoke to someone who "escalated" my request and I am supposedly to receive a call today from a manager about my stove I ordered for a Christmas gift for my son. It hasn't even been shipped yet, but they don't seem to know why, but no one will return my call. They keep you on hold with a terrible, cheesy guitar recording that plays for approx a minute then a voice recording. Convinced this is to annoy you so you hang up. I have texted & emailed before this and no one will answer any of them. The website said it would arrive before Christmas, it will not. Today is Friday and Christmas is Monday, so looks like they are avoiding telling me the truth. I would NEVER order from this company again. Beware. You can buy their products in the store, but if something goes wrong you will have to deal with customer service and it is horrible. For the price you pay, there is no reason for such terrible service.

    I placed an order for a Bonfire Bundle Kit ,which is the stove with accessories included, on Dec. 8. The very next day a box arrived and over the last 10 days 4 other boxes arrived. All of these boxes were accessories to the Bonfire Bundle Kit. No actual Solo Stove yet. The corresponding e-mails updating me on my order all stated that the stove was still being processed. I e-mailed them in regards to the missing stove today, only to be told that the stove is backordered til February and was backordered when I originally placed my order on Dec. 8. I was not informed when I purchased the Bundle Kit or in any of the many e-mails updating me on my order of the Bundle Kit that the stove was "Backordered". I would not have purchased a backorder for Christmas. Now I'm stuck with all these accessories and no Solo Stove. I did not purchase the accessories separately. It was 1 purchase. And it wasn't cheap. But the accessories are worthless without the stove. Why would they ship part of the order knowing the stove was not available? This is not right.

    Good luck getting a hold of somebody that gives a ***** what your challenge is.Had I known this, I would have NEVER purchased one. Yes, it's that bad.

    I placed an order Dec2 and was told it wouldn't ship until after Christmas and asked would that be ok..I responded and said no and requested my order be canceled. Then I received an email saying to return the item if I wasn't happy. I informed the company it was never shipped due to it being out of stock..then I get a shipping conformation that it's on it way when I told the company I wanted to cancel several times. After reading some of these complaints. I feel like there is going to be an issue with the product. How is it not suppose to be available for weeks but now it is..This seems suspicious. The customer service is the worse I have ever experienced. Because of this horrible experience i will probably never do a blind buy again...major regret

    I've owned a solo stove since 2019 and was generally happy with it. Recently I looked into buying there heat deflector for my 30 inch Yukon. Looking at their website the faq section about the Yukon Heat Deflector said "Yukon Heat Deflector is compatible with the Yukon 30 when used with the included adapter ring." So when I stopped into a store that sold solo stove and bought the Yukon Heat Deflector only to get home and find that it was not compatible with my 30" ***** due to the fact it did not include the adapter ring. When taking to 2 different customer service reps the first basicly acted like it was my problem and told me to return it and order a new one from them. The second tried to ship me the adapter ring but was unable to get me one. I was told that I would have to return the Heat Deflector to the store which is an hour drive from me then order the canyon Heat Deflector from them for $50 more.
