    ******************Hello I recently purchased my **** Toyota 4 runner TRD PRO from Granbury *****, my financial advisor promised me things he never fulfilled and also didn't communicate with me about certain details about my full purchase. I felt extremely pressured to trade in my 2021 ***** Camaro LT1. I have had to contact the general manager twice since my purchase with complaints of ********************* the finance manager. I have text messages and text messages from when the sale and trade in took place. I'm extremely unhappy with his customer service and pressure to trade my other vehicle in. He said my credit score would go up after the trade it and it did the complete opposite and dropped at least 30 points, he promised to refinance my four runner after two payments, he promised 3 checks from my payoff for the Camaro which I had to contact the general manager to explain why I was still getting a bill from the Camaro two months later. They knew nothing about it. Or the refinancing. If there is anymore information I need to send in or txt messages I will, I have had 3 BMWs and one Camaro and have never had this kind of horrible customer service from a finance manager. It was suppose to be a birthday gift from my wife the runner and it became the worst nightmare I have ever experienced in my 40 years of life. Even the general manager protected him and didnt want to fulfill what was promised to me after two payments on my vehicle.

    Today we experienced a bait and switch from this dealership. Drove to dealership test drove vehicle. Sat down with finance manager agreeing/shaking on a deal, completed all paperwork, got a tour of the service station, our sales person put on a license plate and took to get detailed. We were just waiting to sign the financing paperwork. 1 and 1/2 hours later another manager came and told us vehicle was already sold!She did then tell us that she had a similar vehicle next door - the switch!Complete waste of time - this experience left bad taste in my mouth for Toyota in general and this dealership- beware

    Charged $1,500.00 for a tire and windshield warranty and was told that everyone had to pay it! A worthless added cost to a 2015 Corolla S used car! Buyer beware > this is an organized theft ring! ?????? ***

    i read all previous reviews & and am shocked to say the least. Maybe the place is under new mngmnt, idk, but as for myself, my ******** daughter, we all had a great experience. We had ***************** as our saleman, we traded in 2 4 or so old Toyotas to purchase 2 newer *********** along with their finance department all worked very hard to get the business & to take care of both *********************** I can not say enough good about the effort they put into making this happen for ** & therfore allowed my kids to move past what was a "MESS" you might call it. Thanks Shottenkirk, we, as 1st time buyers there, **** return & send **************** members your way for their next purchase. Sincerely, ********************

    I bought a 2023 Corolla SE for a great deal if you compare their prices to every other dealership around even with there fees there still cheaper! The staff was very friendly & my experience was nothing short of great. I would recommend Shottenkirk Toyota Granbury to my friends and family!

    NOT WOMEN FRIENDLY!!!!!!!WORST sales experience ever. I called the store around 5:30pm to ask if the 2016 Toyota Yaris was ready for a test drive. The representative said yes, and that ***************** (who I first spoke with about the Yaris two days prior) was there. I finally arrived around 7:00 after driving over an hour to see and drive this car, and ***** tells me the car isn't even out of the shop yet. Last Saturday, **** told me all the car needed was to be detailed and it had already been through the shop and would be ready on Monday. Just from this alone, I tried to hold in my frustration.Then, when talking about pricing, ***** continued to mock and disrespect me. He refused to give a straight answer as to why the **** Confidence Package" was needed for $3,000 (warranties are never needed by the way), and gave very different answers to what **** told me Saturday. ******* said it was needed, so I tried to negotiate to get this taken off and I would've bought the car. Instead, ***** tells me "the best I could do is the gas for your drive here" in the most condescending way. I suppose he - and by association, the entire store - thinks that the way to make a sale is aggression. Especially to women who come into the store on their own, as I was.It is very clear that this store is not women-friendly by any means AT ALL, and has no skill in properly negotiating prices with customers, nor wants to make sales in this crazy automotive market.

    Best to stay away from this dealership. Personnel doesn't know their vehicle product in order to be of any service, they add hefty hidden fees along with their market adjustment price, not thorough, no follow-up with the customer, and in my case a review was posted on their website using my name and email that I did not post myself. I highly recommend customers avoid this dealership.

    Recently My Wife and I Drove from ******** to Grandbury **. To Purchase a 2015 ****** Pathfinder for $11,298 That we saw online. Went There looked at it Test Drove it and asked to Purchase it. When coming back with the Numbers they said it will Cost$20,000 with all the Hidden Fees. I responded I'll pay ****** with a Cshiers Check from my ************* They continued to wanted still a lot more, which Caused me to walk away from the Deal. We went to another Dealership and Bought another Vehicle for about $11,800 with no Hidden Fees. When I told my ************ about what Happened I was told this is Happening a Lot. I Felt very Disappointed and Humiliated for not being able to Purchase the Vehicle Knowing my Wife and I have A-1 Credit. My Wife also explained She Had just Paid Cash a few weeks Prior at another Dealership with no Hidden Fees. Only the List Price Plus Tax,Title,and License. There reply was where did u Get it. We ended up Leaving without being able to make a Purchase, because I said $****** is as low as I will Go.I'm Leaving Them One for Star,because The *** was Nice,but made a long trip for Nothing. It gave us the Feeling of what Someone goes through when they're Discrimated against because of the Big Difference in Pricing.

    This dealership is a joke! They advertise vehicles at a price they ZERO intentions of selling them for. My husband and I were looking for a truck and decided on this dealership because of the decent price of the trucks. We traveled 4.5 hours to get there test drove several different trucks (they all had something wrong with them) and finally settled on one truck that they agreed to fix and give us a loaner while we waited for our truck. The price was 74k and the paper work they presented us with was 91k!!!! Ridiculous! Theyre reasoning was everyone is doing it. So we decided to get a different truck and while I was going through the paper work they slipped in about 6k worth of insurance in there. Would not recommend.

    I agree with what many of the other reviewers here have said. This outfit posts extremely deceptive prices online, then does the old bait and swtich on the price when you actually come in to look at the advertised vehicle. In my specific case, the advertised online price for a 2019 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro with ***** miles was $52,718. But when I went in with the intention of making a deal on the vehicle, they added a roughly $3000 ******************* charge, and a charge of roughly $5000 for "cost that they had in the vehicle", bringing the actual price that they wanted to charge me to well over $60,000. I am so sick of c*** like this...
