I started with the program on 9/19/2024. I paid them $2500 in full for their program, which includes education training, in person training, and use of their trucks for the driving tests. They are not transparent about their training and educational program prior to signing up. They supply a sheet of answers for the student to memorize, that has several grammatical errors, repeated questions with different answers, misspellings, and incorrect answers. They are not open or operating during listed business hours. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. They respond to texts several days apart. I was assigned the wrong answer sheets and wrong endorsements to study. I only found this out after several months of studying the wrong material. They acknowledged the mixup. They canceled my training due to their own truck having mechanical issues and terminating their training staff. They were not accommodating to rescheduling me, which was inconvenient since I used PTO hours to cover that week off at my job. The truck they supply to train in is not up to code or safe to drive. It was overheating, the reflective tape is no longer red in color, the blinker doesn't work, and the brake lights do not work. The owner ******* ******* told me he required an additional $350 after I was paid in full and said if I cannot pay the additional charge, I'm unble to meet my financial responsibilities. I told the owner that the additional charge for using the trucks was not disclosed in the original agreement and I'm already paid in full for the entire program and I do not owe anymore money. I asked for any documentation reflecting that I will owe more than the original $2500 as agreed upon and he responded, "I do not need to do anything for you. I'm removing you from the program". He removed me for no justifiable reason, kept my money without providing what I have paid for. I have receipt showing paid in full. They keep your money and don't provide what's paid for. I need a refund.Initial Complaint

I requested to enroll my husband for services online. They contacted him a couple of days later and requested payment (without my knowledge). Although the website showed there to be payment plans their idea of a "payment plan" was half upfront and half later. My husband paid $1750 on 10/18/2023 without being told of the refund policy in advance. Their kick back is that the website shows refunds are unable to be provided following 48 hours of it being received. The kicker is.... I requested for him to be enrolled, meaning he never saw this notice online nor was he provided with it over the phone (verbally) or written in the invoices. He was given online links to use to practice taking tests to prepare for the permit. An appointment was scheduled on his behalf with the Texas DMV. He wasn't told anything that he would need to take. Clear communication should have been shared from them on what to look for to know what to take. Especially if this is something they deal with often, they should have an idea of what information would be required at the DMV.They continue sending us invoices requesting payment ($1750) without having anymore communication with my husband. They haven't reached out to him to ask how the appointment went at the **** where he is at with the practice test, or if he has changed his mind on needing services. Unclear why it assumed we owe $1,750 more when all they did was provide my husband with links to use to take test I attempted at contacting the representative that assisted my husband, phone doesn't get answered and I get sent to a voicemail box which is full We aren't interested in proceeding further with this service, seeing as my husband has decided to explore a different employment opportunity. They provided a portion of the service they guarantee but yet still expect us to pay another $1,750 invoice for only sending my husband links to a practice test. Example of an unprofessional company that just wants to take your money and run with itBusiness Response

After speaking with a *******************, and fully informing him on all of our payments options, Company policies, ****************** decided to sign up for our program with hopes of getting his CDL.
After providing ****************** with all of the proper materials and appointments needed to start his course, we then took his deposit payment and informed him that payments would need to be completed weekly, and or bi-weekly in order to complete his courses in the time requested.
Without notification, ****************** requested a refund through his bank, before cancelling services with FastTrack CDL. ****************** and his wife had not attempted to reach out to cancel his programs via phone, email, or even text. There was no notification of his request to cancel services.
We attempted to contact ****************** multiple times with zero response from him in return.
We are sorry that he and his wife feel that we are just attempting to take peoples money, but as you can see from ******* and all other major platforms, our customers leave happy, and certified CDL drivers.

Beginning February 6th- February 28, 2023. Upon final payment totally $3,500 to Fast Track CDL to obtain my ****, Hours of Service, Truck rental, etc to obtain my CDL.. A. Things went sideways almost immediately. First issue.. ************************* sent me a link to fivestarcdltraining.com with a login and password, to complete **** theory certificate that needed to be completed by Monday March 6th by 9:45 am for *** appointment. However, the password did not work. I text ***** that the password didn't work. ***** return a message on Monday at 10:13 am. Which was after my *** appointment at 9:45 am. In which I needed to have my **** completed. Because I couldn't get a response to complete my **** from Fast Track CDL; I went online and completed my **** with another company named ********. I paid $75.00, completed the course and received my certificate. Regarding the **** certificate I completed with ********, I found out through fmsca that Fast Track CDL went in and put their name as the company I had completed the eldt certificate with. Which is fictitious and fraudulent. If it wasn't for ********, I wouldn't have completed the eldt in time. Again, because FadtTrack CDL never return my request for the password for fivestarcdltraining until 30 minutes after my *** appointment on Monday 6, 2023. The *** appointment. I live in ******, **. Fast Track CDL scheduled my *** appointment on Monday 6, 2023 at 9:45 am in ********** which is roughly 100 miles from my home. At no point was this communicated to me. It was appended to a secondary billing receipt. According to ******* he had no idea who scheduled the appointment on my behalf. Attached in the text messages was my stating the distance, grievance, map of direction and drive time.. no response from Fast Track CdL until 30 minutes after my *** appointment. Travel time there, 2 1/2 hours, travel time home 3 hours. The *** said my appointment was scheduled incorrectly and that I didn't have appropriate documentation. So the entire trip was a waste of time. This morning, Tuesday March 7, 2023 at 7:43 am, I text the group text Fast Track CDL uses for communication. Text in appachments. That I hadn't heard back from him regarding the **** I had to go to another company to obtain, an additional credit card charge for $367.50 without authorization and the *** appointment being scheduled 100 miles from my home. I asked to be contacted by the owner immediately. ***************************** called @ 8:00 am Tuesday March 7, 2023. I missed that call but called back immediately. Our conversation lasted roughly 12 minutes in which ***************************** continually over talked me, refused to acknowledge my grievances and continually talked over me. I had 4 valid grievances to explain but couldn't explain as he petulantly kept saying "it's my turn to talk" over and over, until I hung up on him. Shortly after, I spoke with *************************, who is level headed and professional. He stated he attempted to goalkeeper with ******* to no avail. ******* called me again at 10 am March 7, 2023.. stating he would reimburse me the $75.00 and the $367.50 through a payment app. I told him I do not use payment apps. Send me a check. I told ******* that I felt dissuaded about continuing toward cdl training with his company without an apology and clear communication regarding the process getting my cdl trying with Fast Track. ******* said he refused to apologize or make amends for my loss of time, the *** appointment debacle, lack of communication regarding eldt, or the phone call at 8 am. At approximately 10:11 am March 7, 2023.. ***************************** posted in the group text that I will not be receiving a refund of any kind. In conclusion, *****************************, Fast Track CDL has taken $3500.00, Filed fictitious eldt information with FMSCA which I paid $75.00 to ******** and completed without Fast Track cdl's assistance, scheduled a *** appointment I was ill prepared for causing me to drive over 200 miles and wasting 5 + hours driving.Initial Complaint

At the start ******** director of sales told me that i will be provided 1 and 1 training to get my CDL, but one she received payment she gave me only 8 hours schedule which was not enough for anyone to operate truck. I spoke to her to refund my money or give me more training, but she said don't worry you will be fine. Once training started, they didn't give me any training on day 1 as the instructor said i forgot my keys at home. Shortly, after getting 6 hours of training they said we can't give you more training and if you want further lessons you need to pay 150$ per hours which was not a part of the deal at the start. They said I need to go to do my skills test in DMV, but I cancelled it because I was not ready at all. They scammed me and those who get their license by anyhow from this school they will be treat for the public over the roads as I know 8 hours are not enough at all to drive 53 feet truck. Also, they give to everyone 8 hours training and they give certificate of 160 hours and ******* ***** government/DMV. I request you please to take any best action for the public safety over the road and also help me to get my fund back. I have attached copy of payment statement and schedule. Thank you.Business Response

******************************* has received the same amount of training as everyone of our other students who were able to complete the training as scheduled. ************** received 80 hours of Theory for the Written Material, 80 Hours of Unlimited PreTrip Training along with 80% of Road and Range as per ********** requirements. ************** only received 6 hours of 1/1 instead of his 8 hours of 1/1 because he did not show up as scheduled. He confirmed his dates and times of training but did not make it to 2 of his hours because he stated that he was unavailable. He has done nothing but complain instead of being positive and productive like the other students who received their CDL's because of the 2 hours he missed that we were not required to make up because he signed the agreement of the No Shows, No Late Arrivals and No Refunds. Everyone of our students pay the $150.00 per hour per each additional hour requested if they need extra training, it's in the packages and in the paperwork that ************** has signed off on. Plus, ************** cancelled his DPS Appointment at the last minute instead of communicating with ** so we could use the 2 hour slot for another student that was serious and ready to test. ************** is not dedicated enough, not responsible enough, nor determined enough to obtain his CDL. The CDL Process is not meant for everyone and that would definitely be **************. We apologize for him not completing the program due to his lack of interest, but we have completed our process and he kept cancelling his appointments or was a no show. We wish ************** the best with his future endeavors.
Thanks. ***************************************

Signed up for school with Cristina on 08/04/2022, signed contract that stated I could cancel within 48 hours after putting down a deposit/payment to cancel the course without penalty and receive a full refund after purchase onto my original form of payment method. I called Cristina back to let her know I was cancelling on 08/05/2022 @ 8:19 am the day after the purchase was authorized, due to the fact my son has special needs and that the class wouldn't work with his schedule. She stated that we needed to wait till Monday to process that refund. I contacted her today and she stated that she could not do a refund that her partner would need to do it. That she has no control over the finances of this business. I also got a "Class A Pre-Trip Inspection Guide" from Cristina that is about 25 pages long, she is stating that I can not get a refund until I bring class paperwork back which was not explained to me on 08/05/2022. I will gladly bring that paperwork back but I am worried once I do I will definitely not be getting a refund.
