  My mother fell for their glowing reviews, and they accepted her ~$2500 for ************* = Express Processing, but they never delivered on any of their promises. They kept denying her impressions which were perfect (I know b/c I assisted with them), and telling her to redo them with no guidance to do them any different/better! And basically just kept her money. She ended up passing away and having a closed casket because her bridge had finally failed and they still had not send the product she paid for. After the impressions weren't rec'd by them, they marked her file "abandoned" they won't provide her estate even a $5 refund! They keep hiding behind their "policy" against refunds. Super-shady, greedy people. No other way to say it. They literally said they can't refund her money because they "spent time on her case". Despicable. Bottom line: they did NOT provide the service/product she paid them for - HANDSOMELY.

  In the last 10 years I have made 2 purchases of their veneers, once every 5 years. Both times I received an impression kit, and both times it took about 6 weeks to obtain the veneers. This year I had planned to make a 3rd purchase, and sent an email to the Company indicting that I planned to do so. I received a reply offering me a discount of nearly 60% off. I went to the link given and ordered a new upper veneer, and since it also offered a discounted lower veneer, one of those too. After weeks of waiting for the impression kit, I called and was told that my order was for a duplicate of the old impression from over 5 years ago. At no time in the ordering process was that indicated, and I pointed out that a lower could not possibly be considered a duplicate. They told me that they simply changed it to two uppers, without my consent or making any attempt to clarify. They also told me that they refused to refund my credit card charge. This clearly was deliberate action on their part, as a simple phone call or email from them could have clarified what were my intentions. This company is not honest, and is guilty of false ore misleading advertising. I will never do business with such a company, and others should be warned that you too may fall victim to their deceptive practices.

  I'm 68 years old, fully disabled . I found brighter image labs on ******** as most people do. I decided on my social security to finally treat myself, as I have become a home body bc of my self consciousness..Everything was wonderful, placed the order. Paid extra for expedited processing, paid extra for the warranty. Supposed to get th incredibil (junk) top and bottom veneers before I went to a family reunion. 60 days is what th express payment showed. Worst case scenario I still had a little time for play. I got the first set after 2.5 months.... Not only did they not fit, they had jagged in edges all over. Emailed them and sent them back, 2nd impressions send them back. it was another 3 months... looks like my grandson made it on a 3D printer that he didn't know how to use. Thin transparent brittle junk. I emailed them told it didn't fit, send us send it back again. over a year at this point and still have now wearable "appliance". I'm unhappy with is an understatement. I reached out to the company they basically told me to soak them in hot water. p Push them with force, did exactly that. "Veneers" snapped, was the end of it. left with five pieces of what I paid 2k+ be a top in 5pcs the bottom that doesn't reach any bit of the gum line. Fast forward to November of last year I was admitted to the hospital fully septic I suffer from diabetes ,wasn't supposed to last thru the night. Well I was in the hospital from November to March. Reached out to msc development, they got an attitude completely disrespectful bc I am single 68 and was in the ***** Hello Thank you for your response. As stated in your agreement, your duty to pay is not contingent on your satisfaction with the product or service provided by the 3rd party. As such, we have no intention of altering the terms of your agreement to allow for a refund or a reversal of charges. I recommend you work directly with Brighter Image Lab to continue your case and work toward an amicable end-result.

  This is re: Bil Veneers.. now they are into whitening? I gave them a 1 time payment amount of nearly $800. I couldnt pay the remainder, they refused financing. Didnt refund my deposit. I got nothing! How this is not criminal? They Keep your money and its all YOUR fault. I would add a complaint but its over 365 days.. Steer Clear!. Shameless Tactics!Hey class action ***** We are waiting!

  I never received anything from them. No impression kit, no correspondence, nothing. They took the money and refused to issue a refund. **************** was extremely rude.

  This is a horrible company. They have basically stole $1000 from me. They kept sending my impressions back for me to redo. But I got my real teeth fixed and no longer needed fake ones. They refused to give any refunds even though they never made me the veneers. Also I needed only uppers and that price is a lot for just upper veneers. If I could give them a 0 star rating I would.

  So it seems the majority of BILs poor reviews stem from their financing practices, which I cannot speak to as I paid up front for top & bottom Incredibil veneers. And let me tell you, I love them. They fit nicely (top is sliiiightly loose but I just use a touch of bonding cream) and they look pretty darn real. My teenage son said the way they fit my gumline is uncanny, lol truly an interesting product. I can say that my confidence has skyrocketed. Totally worth the 3 grand or whatever I paid. The one thing I found a little shady about the company itself is this: they require you to submit before photos upfront, which I understand considering you want them to complement your face. Now, if you read the contract word-for-word (which I recommend doing) youll see that ANY photos you upload to their website are fair game for advertising. Well, who cares because what good is *just* a before photo, right? Thats where the shady part comes in - after receiving the veneers, I got multiple emails practically begging me to upload an after photo, with the excuse that we just really want to see your new smile. I call BS. They just really want that advertising, and I find it super shady that they dont get *express and direct* permission to use peoples QUITE embarrassing photos. Sure, its in the contract, but cmon man. Be upfront. They even offer you a free gift if you upload an after photo. Wouldnt be shady at all if they simply mentioned we want to use your photos for advertising but they conveniently leave that part out. Big ick. Other than that, happy customer!

  DO NOT FALL FOR THIS, THEY DONT FIT RIGHT, I REFUSE THEM AND NOW THEY ARE COMING AFTER ME FOR $2000 AFTER CASE WAS SETTLED, SOMEHOW they were able to claim it on my credit I have lost 40 points on my credit because of this and they won't even talk to you on the phone it's only by email I can't talk to anybody do not fall for this. They are a bunch of Thieves and should all be in jail. I can't believe after 5 years they are allowed to do this to someone so do not fall for the *** little video that he has and cares about people and the smile and all that because all they will do is end up putting a frown on your face

  Run Run and Don't look back. This company preys on the basic instint that any human would have and that's 'Confidence',, and often times when we don't have dental insurance we become desperate. The Company knows that,,, and it takes advantage!! I got a product 3 months after the deposit was paid,, and as I tried on the top veneer within ten seconds it popped! I'm not going in detail with the roller coaster ride that they took me on,, BUT will warn you NOT to get on. Nothing in my case is resolved,,, they will continue to drain your bank account and will be quick to tell YOU that you signed a contract. Ever heard of the man that made a deal with the devil at the crossroad,, Well this will be your Story. It may not be the same as mine,, but in the end you will loose more than you gain.**************
