Oakline Floors completed a hardwood flooring repair as a part of an existing insurance claim on my home. The claim was for tree damage, and repairs to the flooring was apart of the scope of work. Our roofing vendor, Tarrant Roofing, contracted Oakline Floors to complete the repair. The repair was completed in August 2023. In January 2024, we noticed the floor is beginning to ripple and it's so bad that it has pushed the baseboard out of place. I spoke with ***** from Oakline who suggested from the photos I sent him that it was moisture. Tarrant Roofing came back out to the house and clarified that there was not a leak present in the roof or the walls. ***** came out to the home on February **************************** which we have yet to see the results after a month later. Oakline keeps asking for us to pay a plumber to check a leak in the home, however there is no visible leak and our water bill has actually decreased. Tarrant Roofing is claiming they have reached out multiple times to Oakline Floors to get the data from the moisture test, however they have been unresponsive. I would like for the floor to be repaired by the responsible party.
