Company's product do not work as advertised nor has company addressed the issue with the public as for a fix. Gearbox's game, Borderlands 3, does not work as advertised. Since the games release in September 2019 the game will power off the Xbox One X without warning requiring the owner to hard reset. This occurs during single player game play as well as attempting to join online or basic matchmaking in the game menu. The games publisher 2k and Gearbox themselves have yet to publicly acknowledge this issue nor have they addressed the public on if or when a fix is being worked on. I have submitted a ticket regarding this issue and also inquired that with their game shutting down my console what damage is possibly being done but have yet to receive an answer. This issue is documented on numerous websites up to and including Gearbox's own forum with no communication from Gearbox. Desired Outcome

I would like Gearbox as well as its publisher 2k to publicly acknowledge that their product is not working as advertised/intended. Also I would request from now on that all future products that are to be released by the company to state on the package or product information if there are errors (bugs) that can affect gameplay or that can cause hardware issues. It is very clear that this product was released prematurely and in a very poor state. Gearbox and their publisher 2k should extend refund capabilities to current owners of the product playing on the Xbox One X. The reason I state this is because as of this writing I have yet to see a response from the company as to what is actually being done to address this issue and if nothing is to be done I am left with a faulty product with no means to return for a full refund. Secondly the possible damage done to my console as a result of this issue not being addressed.…
