    In March of 2021 I purchased the Ab Rehab program from Nancy Anderson Fitness along with the coaching add on. It was advertised as lifetime access to the course with the coaching access expiring at the end of 2021. Due to the nature of this being a postpartum recovery program, I hadnt used the service in awhile, but had another child and went to access my account surprised to find the my course was expired and no way to access it.I reached out to customer service and was very surprised and disappointed by the response. They first told me that At the time of your purchase, the course with coaching included access to the program until the end of calendar year 2021. I quickly corrected them sending screenshots showing the advertising during my purchase period - showing that it was only the coaching add on that was to expire at the end of 2021.The response was that the course is discontinued and that the individual courses are no longer available and that the indefinite timeline could be termed at any time.I replied with a screenshot from their ******** page from March 2021 of someone asking if they could access the course for life and the reply directly from Nancy Anderson fitness was yes. I purchased the course believing this to be true. I truly feel mislead and purchased the course believing I would able to view it down the road with future children. And Im disappointed by the response from customer service.

    Customer purchased an online 12 week course with coaching in 2021, which included access to the course with coaching until end of calendar year 2021.  We did automatically enroll all members of the course with coaching into our non coaching course after their purchased course access expired.  We offered this at no additional cost for an indefinite period of time for the non coaching course.  This is not similar to a PDF or book where those are tangible objects that you can keep "forever" - our other products that were PDFs are something customers keep forever however this is an ONLINE course and the customer had full access until her paid period expired on Dec 31, 2021 after which we enrolled her in our non coaching course for free until that product was later discontinued on July 1, 2022.  Once a known end date for the free course was known, this was communicated via email to all members enrolled as well as notifications inside the course 6+ months before the discontinuation.  All our individual / stand alone online courses and PDF programs have been discontinued and are no longer part of our service offering.   As per our terms & conditions (published on our website and customer agreed to at time of checkout when T&C's were accepted before completing purchase), there are no refunds for discontinuation of services/products.

    Regardless of this response, the marketing of this product was deceitful. I am not satisfied with this response.

    Thank you for your response.  Unfortunately, the service that you purchased has been discontinued.  Kindly refer to the Terms and Conditions (section 5 Term, Termination, Modification of Terms of Use) where it stats that a service can be discontinued at any time and for any reason.  We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
