    Dear Kia Executive Manager,
    Need your Attention ASAP.
    I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the ongoing issues with my Kia EV9 ( KNDADFS51R6028906) which I purchased just 10 months ago.
    In this short period, the vehicle has developed serious issues that have already led to the replacement of the rear tires just in 8 months of car purchase with 6k miles.
    In March, I was compelled to replace one of the rear tires due to a puncture that Kia Frisco refused to repair, citing concerns about the alignment of the other rear tire, which they warned could fail at any moment. Consequently, I had no choice but to replace both rear tires at only 6,000 miles. This was a big blow, changing Tyre so soon. I shared a post on Facebook and LinkedIn, many suggest to write an email to Kia to raise the concern. I ignored it and paid for two new rear Tyres.
    Most recently ( 29th May 2025 ) during a visit to Kia Frisco to address a problem with the Kia Connect mobile app, the team informed me that I have alignment issue and my car needs two new rear tyres once again.
    I was shocked and disheartened to learn that such a significant maintenance concern would arise again in less than a year of ownership.
    As a loyal automotive customer who has previously owned vehicles from Nissan, Honda, and Hyundai, I have never experienced such persistent issues or safety concerns. Frankly, this has left me frustrated and concerned for my safety.
    Given the severity of these problems and the financial burden they impose, I respectfully request your immediate intervention to investigate and resolve these issues. My vehicle is currently with Kia Frisco, and I would appreciate your assistance in ensuring that these problems are addressed comprehensively and promptly.

    I went to this *** dealership for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Paid for both. Guess what? They did NOT rotate the tires but still charged me for it. Totally unprofessional and dishonest. If you want to pay for work that doesnt get done, this is the place for you. Otherwise, steer clear. Always double check every service they do on your car here.

    I purchased a used 2012 ***** RX 350 in December from this dealership. I paid cash for the vehicle. It is April, and I still have not received my title. I have followed up several times and they continue to state they are not responsible for when I receive my title? They continue to deflect my questions and not assist me. I would stay away from this dealership

    In an out-the-door price quote for a used ***** this dealership included numerous fees that do not apply to a vehicle that is shipped from ***** to another state (i.e., the purchaser does not take possession of the vehicle in *****). A representative of the **************** of ***** Vehicles concurred that a non-resident of ***** is responsible for only the fees imposed by the state where the vehicle will be shipped and subsequently registered. Therefore, if you do not live in *****, be sure to do your homework before you commit to buying a vehicle from this dealership!

    I thought I was purchasing a product in good faith. I have not had to purchase a car since **** and thought I was dealing with a reputable referred company but I was so wrong. Car dealership and salesman made a complete fool of me. Don't know if it was because I'm an elder or black but it happened. Purchasing car 8.30.23. 1 week later. ***** broke while driving home, given only 1 remote that I had to replace battery. Driving home from the country after seeing my mom in hospital and car overheated on 2 way country road and had to pay AAA to tow it 110 miles back to ****** where it sits at my home.

    I purchased a Kia ******* on August 25, 2022 at Kia of Frisco. I love my car. However, my sales experience was a nightmare, but I accept responsibility for going along with their well-designed/choreographed sales pitch.

    My main complaint is that as part of the purchase I opted to get additional coverage, which added approximately $80 dollars to my monthly car payment. I received copies of the signed acceptance pages for the additional coverage in a flash drive that was provided. However, there was no detail. If it was explained to me when I signed, I don't remember, so I requested written information about the coverage. I texted the salesperson on September 9, 2022 requesting more detail. I simply wanted to know what I had paid for. I was told there were packets with the information that I should have received. I did not. The salesperson responded by text with a summary, but I again asked for details, and he said they would be emailed.

    I have made three more requests for the information; one on November 14, another on November 15 and another on December 2, when I was told, the finance person should be calling me with all the information. I responded by saying I don't need a call; I just need more written detail about the coverage. And I asked them to email or mail it to me.

    After hearing from no one I made another request on December 12. The salesperson answered my text by stating he no longer worked for ***. So, On December 22, 2022, I sent another email to two other sales and finance people involved in my sale. To this day they have never responded.

    Last week, when it came time to service my car, I went to ******************** in Corinth. I initially shopped there for a car, but they didn't have one at the time. They were great and even provided broachers explaining the extra coverage. I'm grateful I have no reason to ever go back to Kia of Frisco.

    They have had my car from August 4, 2022 over a month in a half , waiting for *** ************ to approve repairs to the engine. There was a recall for engine and they replaced the engine and I am still having issues with the now new engine that they replaced. Why is it taking *** corporations so long to give an approval for their product.
