I bought this townhome in cash 1.5 yrs ago. My backyard and my neighbors backyard has been a constant problem that still has yet been resolved. They bring in more crushed granite to only continue to wash out. They use my water and hose to try to unclog the drainage issue which they need something with more power to do so. I should not have to pay for that water. My townhome is connected to my neighbor and we both have so much documentation and ongoing issues. They built a paver patio that is already coming away from the home. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone spending over 300,000 for this.
