  Fraudulent sketchy tow company.. they sit there and drive around my apartment complex waiting for the minute someone parks, They have towed my car and I live in these apartments and got nearly all my kids vehicle towed just for visiting me.. Dispute always with this company, they are scandalous greedy money making crooks!!

  This place is a Scam #1 I had been at my friends new apartment complex IN *************** for maybe ten minutes when a friend came upstairs and said my car was being towed #2 they hit another vehicle in the parking lot when towing our car with our car (other car was a black car ) police report was made by that lady #3 they didn't even come give me a chance to move my car , no one said a word to me . i found out via my friend and hearing the alarm going off on our vehicle #4 they took all of our belongings that were in the car that were desperately needed for our children (including my purse ) #5 their phone numbers they never answer and its a fight to reach anyone , the phone say go to their websites , it tells u then to email ( they don't respond to any of the emails they give you ) #6 when you finally reach someone which is very hard (pay attention to the voice )they send you to this address on ************ . he claims they will help you if they believe you and if not they wont. #7 i get there you cant see a human they hide behind a blocked window , you communicate like jail through a speaker and a tray #8 they over charge for even your vehicle being there less than two hours . they charged us $400 for less than two hours . they claim we needed to deal with another company ( it was a LIE ) My friend helped us pay this money #9 people look up laws on how much they can charge because they overcharge vehicles go by weight limit . fee amounts vary but not to this place #** they charge per mile This place is operating illegally , they need to be shut down, they are making money off of all of us because they get away with it . their place is a giant hazard for code compliance with all the loose wires . Don't do business with these people its against the law for them to sit and watch your cars with intent to take them just to make money and this is what they did to us. They were looking for a pay day if I could give them zero stars I would very bad cust. Svc

  Great company I came home after midnight to find someone in my numbered reserved parking spot at my apartment complex called this towing company that my apartment complex uses. Car was towed & removed from spot in less a hour. Excellent service from the tow truck driver. Highly recommend.

  They are terrible and shady. They are hired for the apartment complex I live at and I have been towed once and my boyfriends car has been booted 3 times. I have to sign his car in everyday because of parking restrictions at the apartment. They will wait ***** minutes after the ******************************************************* tow you. Very money hungry and shady company. 3 years of terror. Im glad to be moving. This company needs to be shut down. Besides the constant terror of them lurking around, their customer service is terrible and they will not answer any questions. All they will say is to pay.

  On December 16th at 3:25am at West ************************* in ******, *****, Capital Tow wrongfully placed a boot on my car that was parked in resident parking with a ACTIVE resident sticker. I have been a resident for 11 years and need a explanation to why this was done and doing so other residential vehicles were done the same way.. Some vehicles were even parked in residential parking with with no sticker! I am going to fight this and go to court and want to be fully refunded because I dont have extra money to give them for their ****-**** My sticker was visibility seen and they put the boot notice right above my resident sticker!!! There is nobody to talk to when you call the number only to send an email that probably will not get a response to. This place needs to be put out of business!

  In September 2023 I treated my son and his GF to a Sunday Rangers/Astros game. On Sat I parked on the 7th floor as instructed and registered my vehicle as instructed - we received an email confirmation. The next morning we walked to my car and I see it's booted. We ended up late to the game. Came back after the game and I cut the boot off and left it in the parking structure with a personal note. Got a nasty letter about 6 weeks later from a law firm. Received the same four pages again about two weeks later. I sent the law firm a letter and have not heard back from anyone for 8 weeks. I went through all available reviews for Capital Towing and the law firm they used Bourland, *************** P.C. *********************************** was the BAR lawyer who contacted me. Capital Towing has a 1 star rating. Only found one 5 star rating, but all the rest were 1 stars - no 2, 3, or 4 star ratings. A lot of angry folks secondary to predatory towing. Just like me, even if you do as directed they will tow or boot you. The law firm has an anemic 3.7 star rating.Capital Towing seems to typically play these games on Friday and Saturday nights. No one to contact at their office and typically the apartment staff are off. The only way to get your vehicle unbooted is to scan a code and give them your credit card. I was willing to go back to ****** just to file a small claims case against them if needed.

  Sunset Points Apartments contracted this predator company, Capital Tow, Inc. registered in **********************************************. **************** ******************* located ************************************************ *********. They **** at graveyard hours and tow vehicles from apartments. They even boot and tow registered vehicles for worthless reasons, such as a temp tag. Doesnt matter if VIN , make and model is registered to the resident. The contact numbers are all automated service and there is no way to dispute their actions. The only way to get your car back is by paying the exorbitant fee min $317.00 plus additional daily fee, taxes, and handling fees. The more days is impounded, the higher the daily fee. The garage location is bulletproof and pitch black windows, you only hear a VERBALLY ABUSIVE WOMAN yelling instructions to you.I heard they **** for victims quietly, with lights off and comb all parking lots with cameras and scanners while tenants sleep.The ******************** allow such predatory practices bc they DO NOTHING to stop this mess. The leasing woman said, they are contractors, we have nothing to do with that If your are considering to rent an apartment, please AVOID SUNSET POINTS. I hope this GREEDY company gets sued!

  Criminal and predatory practices. ******** without remorse, and ******** even though you are registered. Can't be bothered to double check if they have a valid violator. Straight up illegal. Most unprofessional responses out of the company, let alone the president.
