    I moved into my apartment complex on November 2nd, 2022. I could not register my car because the apartment complex didn't remove the previous tenant from the account. The girl at the front desk took my information and said she would remove the other car and add mine. I was booted on February 24, 2023, and the apartment complex credited me the money since it was their fault. I was told to add my make/model and license plate to my profile. I went to the apartment complex's website and put the information there. I was booted again on March 28th, 2023, over a month after the first time. It turns out that I was supposed to register my car on a different website than the Apartment's website. It should have been at MYVIPparking.com. It was an honest mistake yet Capital Tow refuses to waive the fee or offer any support such as a payment plan. I was told I have to pay the fine within 24 hours or my car is going to be impounded. When I explained the situation she said there is nothing she could do for me. She told me I could request a tow/boot hearing with a judge but who knows how long that could take. It is probably longer than 24 hours. I don't understand how it is legal to only give people 24 hours to come up with the money for parking at their own residences or face their car being impounded. I truly thought my car was registered and provided proof. I do not have the money to pay to get the boot off so I have to borrow money to prevent it from being impounded. This company has no customer support you can contact and offers no support.

    PURCHSED *** IN FINANCE ON MARCH 2020, THE *** WONT PASS REGISTRATION AND HAD IT DONE AT AUDI AND WAS FAULTY, WASNT RIGHT THE STEERING WAS BROKEN. I CANNOT GET OUT OF IMPOUND DUE TO BAD REGISTRATION NOW AND OWE OVER $800. THE *** WASNT WORTH ****** AS IT WAS PRICED, AS IF IT WAS BRAND NEW. I NEED HELP TO DISPUTE THE TOWING AT *************************************/ AND *******************************. I NEED ASSISTANCE TRADING THE *** IN AND RETRIEVING IT PLEASE.
