    Car was illegally towed by this company. Company has numerous complaints about illegal towing. Many have taken them to court for their illegal towing practices. This business should not exist. I cannot even speak with a representative of the company in order to resolve my problem.

    They towed my car with no reason to I was not in any violation like they lied about they did this the morning of thanks giving its sick to see how many complaint this company has for how shady and how unprofessional they are yet nothing is done these people have been in business for 13 years13 years you let this company commit fraud by un lawfully towing or booting vehicles

    I am a resident of ************************* in ********** *****. I have resided here for over a year . I am Handicap and to have possession of a Handicap Placard . I parked in the same handicap parking for well of the year that I have lived here. On 11/03/23 I parked my car in the same place with the placed in place , maybe when I closed my car door the placard may have fallen , but it was laying on the dashboard . Capital towing is employed by my Apartment Complex - upon rolling around the complex looking for someone to tow , the driver did not see the place laying on the dashboard and towed my car to a storage facility 30 miles from my home . I was told that the Driver does not have to look in or inspect the vehicle for the placard. They Charged $317.00 plus some other fees for using their credit card machine . I will also file a complaint against my Apartment complex as they are who employ them . There are rules and regulations to and for everything , but to not even look at the dashboard because you don't want to -

    This tow company has come on to private property to place stickers on vehicles with expired registration. It gives you ************************************************ they ********/boot it. The sticker says online registration renewals are no valid but according to who??? I recently gave birth, Im a single mother and I do not have the ability to go to the tax office so I renewed online and am awaiting my sticker per usual! To tow/boot a vehicle who has already renewed has to be ILLEGAL! Even the police verify before giving you a ticket for registration!

    The worker you have coming in ******************** is wrongfully towing cars...like he trying to steal them...ain't you supposed to tag the car with a orange tag b4 you tow them off the property??Help him to do a better job...Customers are always right..

    I registered my car on Friday afternoon around 5pm at the ****************************** via the ** code. This stated it was good for 24 hours and I have a confirmation code on hand. Low and behold I wake up this morning to boot my rental car. I do not live in ***** and I can't reach anyone for assistance. This unacceptable as Im on a fixed income and I'm going to be forced to pay this. I will seek litigation after this payment as I'm sick of companies like these destroying peoples lives. I don't care what it takes I will not settle for this. Thank you!

    you are required to register your vehicle to park every 24 hrs, then after three consecutive days the system denies access so they can tow your vehicle and collect money. they set up the circumstances then swoop in

     Registration limits are set by the property owner or manager. The tow company has no control over the registrations or limits for a property. The tow company can only see if the license plate on the vehicle is currently registered for the property or not registered for the property. If you choose to park and not register the vehicle, then the vehicle is not authorized and will be towed. If your vehicle was not registered at the time that the vehicle was impounded, the fees associated with the impoundment of the vehicle are the responsibility of the owner or operator of the vehicle and a refund for those fees will not be provided.

    Date: 6/3 Time: 09:50 I am seeking a refund of my wrongful tow. There was no signal in the bottom garage - the final post happened later with the mail confirmation. It had taken nearly 20 minutes to finally processed as there was no signal. I screenshotted the texts when I had signal. Employee states she can do nothing however the fact of the matter is, the tow truck followed me and never gave me a chance to have it fully posted online. Therefore *** also posted the code screenshots in the texts to prove that I had that as well. The next concern is the sexual harassment by perverts in the tow yard - I called the storage facility and they confirmed they are associated with Capital Tow Towing Company. The men followed myself and my young friend, saying the most disgusting things imaginable, **** piece of ***, we would love to f* you, come here, **** ladies, you dont look 18, it was DISGUSTING. Im seeking compensation and a refund immediately.

    05/28/2023 A family member came by my apartments to pick up my children, registered her vehicle and was there for less than 15 mins. Came out and her car had been towed.Attempted to call the office to confirm, unable to reach someone via phone.Notified them the vehicle had been registered, even though there was no intention to stay at the complex.Was told there was nothing they could do and no attempt to resolve the issue other than collect a ridiculous amount of money

    All vehicle owners are instructed to contact Capital Tow with complaints at ***************************************. 

    The complainant claims that the vehicle was registered. This is a false statement. The vehicle was documented parked on the property on May 28, 2023 at 12:06 p.m., in a guest parking space that registration for the vehicle is required at a website at the time of parking. The vehicle has been registered for the property's visitor parking website 1 time on April 22, 2023. Visitor registrations expire after 24 hours. Below is the information for the visitor registration lookup based on the license plate number displayed on the vehicle. Attached is a photo of the vehicle in violation. A refund will not be proivided.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    As previously stated, I had notified them there was an error message, and the car wasnt even parked there long enough to try to resolve the issue. There was no attempts to resolve the issue and review should there have been an attempt to by look into the situation there wouldnt be the need. **************** stated other cars were registered but not any issue of this specific location.

    My car was towed from the visitor spot at my moms apartment complex. The website register2park.com doesn't state anywhere the limitations of parking. When I tried registering my vehicle it was denied. I've only previously registered my car twice and it wasn't back to back. My car was previously broken into and stolen from being parked on the street and I had to file a report which is why I used the visitor spot.

    The tow company does NOT have anything to do with limitations set by the property owner or manager. Many times those limits are set within the lease holder terms for renting the apartment and they may only be able to have a visitor for 5 days or 3 days within a **************************************************************************************************************** the lease regarding visitors.  The tow company can only see if the vehicle is authorized to be parked, denied authorization to park, or not authorized to park on the property and will remove unauthorized vehicles for the property. The terms of why the vehicle is unauthorized is of no concern to the tow company.
