    The item they need to deliver is a pair of perscription custom made arch supports for my high arches and weak ankles. And I do need them! The actual arch supports themselves are hot covered by insurance, And I did have to pay in advance for the. They are paid for. The arch supports were supposed to arrive in two weeks. It has now been four and a half weeks.I have called three times since the date they were to arrive. (January 4 or 5, January 8 and January 19). Every time I call I am routed to ********. ******** is the clerical /clerk person for the doctor. She placed the order. She is supposed to be keeping track of it. She had no information. All I get are excuses and unprofessional comments. It has supposedly shipped, but she has no dates, tracking numbers, etc. She will not provide a new delivery date. I paid for them. And I want the arch supports! Attached is my detailed explanation and copies of the receipts for the payments in advance.
