This company has contacted our office on multiple occasions, using multiple different names. They tell you they work at your local school when in fact they do not and the school does not know who they are! They offer to print your logo on shirts etc for promotional and the school benefits from what you are paying. The schools told me "free stuff" arrives with different business names on them and they have handed them out to faculty, nothing you pay is going into your local schools. They have boxes of stuff from they don't know where! They are scamming businesses for money and are lying about who they are. We have contacted to schools and advertised directly through them, knowing they are benefiting from the money.

We have received phone calls/complaints from local business SERVPRO that they have entered a 3rd party agreement with some organization known as ********************************************************************** Elite and Sports Unlimited and/or affiliated Office:************ www.sportsmedia.marketing That this advertising group has solicited payment for advertising using *************************************** Brand/Logo on various products without prior approval. Additionally ServPro has contacted Mustang Athletics inquiring upon promotional items that were never agreed upon nor arrived. ServPro sent financial obligations to these companies without knowing they were not affiliated with the school nor that the items ordered had not nor were not ever going to be delivered. This promotional corporation is scamming and has scammed multiple business in the area for several years. I was sold 2 separate marketing campaigns in support of 2 local *********** football teams for the 2021-22 school year, but received nothing I was promised from Sports Media Marketing. They no longer answer phone calls (some numbers don't work) and all my emails are bouncing back. Sports Media Marketing sold me in March 2021 a marketing campaign in support of ******************* Football Team (******** **). In July 2021 they sold me the 2nd campaign in support of ***************************** Football Team (********* **). The package I was sold for each campaign consisted of the following:1. a large 6'x3' banner ad that would be displayed on the Staples Football field ************************************* football field fence for the entire school year starting at the beginning of the football season.2. a 3x3 ad to appear on t-shirts given to the football players and sold at games to raise money for the team. I paid $1,010 (March) and $910 (July) and supplied the camera-ready ads. I received proofs and confirmation that everything I sent to them was good to go. I got receipts and was even sent a w9 for tax purposes from them.Sports Media Marketing has since called trying to sell me Basketball banners, but I told them my Football banner and t-shirts were not being displayed and I was very unhappy. They were fast to tell me to call the customer service line (which is no longer in service). All my emails have gone unanswered and now bounce back. No new calls coming in to me from them.I now see this company has many complaints and operates fraudulently under a number of different names in a number of different states: Boost Sports Integrative Media, LLC.; *********** Sports Advertising (my credit card was charged under this name); Touchdown Sports. Please help me get my money back and stop this company from stealing money of local business people trying to support our *********** programs.
