    I bought by beats noise cancellation headphones on 2025-01-01 & today is 2025-07-03. I bought two beats headphones when they were on sale for $216.49 a piece. Unfortunately, one pair has failed. It wont charge past 1%. Ive tried trouble shooting. I also tried to get help from the beats website but there is no phone number or easy access to customer care. These headphone are normally over $300 and should not be failing after light use after the course of 7 months.     I have an eleven year old grandson that worked all summer to purchase beats by Dre. After receiving them, they worked fine for about four months but now it only plays out of the left speaker. The quality of listening through one headphone is horrible. My grandson is very disappointed. I explained to him that in life all things are not what they appear to be...he learned a costly ******* Thanks Beats By Dre.

    I recently purchased two pairs of Beats headphones from Best Buy, and I must say, I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Despite the premium price tag, both pairs didn't last more than a year, which is unacceptable for headphones in this price range.The major issue is that the area where you adjust the headphones broke on both pairs in the same spots. After doing some research, it seems this is a common design flaw, which raises concerns about the quality and durability of the product. I expected much more from a brand like Beats, especially given their reputation and the investment I ******* a loyal customer, I believe its important for companies to stand by their products and address these design issues. I urge Beats to take responsibility and do right by their customers by offering replacements or repairs for these faulty headphones. Its frustrating to spend a significant amount of money on a product that fails to meet expectations. I hope my experience encourages others to consider the long-term reliability of these headphones before making a purchase.

    I purchased the Beats By Dre "Beats Flex" product using incentive points earned at work at ****** on appx. 3/27/2024. As I had discovered too late, and has been reported by a great many purchasers of this product, they will not stay in the ear no matter what measures are taken. It is not a hygiene issue, or which size tip is used. They all slip out of the ear after a few seconds.Not having tried to use the product until months after the transaction and then not being able to find a complaint resource that was not Apple-related, I was not able to address this issue within the warranty window. Fiserv's "Own it ****************** has been notified.

    I purchased my 5th set of Beats by Dre on 01/28/2024. They usually last about a year to 18 months. The left one is already crackling and is not useable in less than 6 months. There is no place I can find to contact Beats by Dre itself only AppleCare. They have a partnership with AppleCare so that when u contact one they send u to the other so u cant get a straight answer from either. I know I am supposed to have a year warranty through Beats by Dre but they tell me to contact AppleCare for the free service that is supposed to cover everything single thing that could go wrong for free. They want to charge me 89$ for a left refinished replacement bud when I could purchase a refurbished whole set for less than that. I just want what I paid for and that is free warranty that covers everything including a crackling earbud that can not be fixed by troubleshooting. They keep giving me the run around and I just want what I paid for, a working left earbud and they can have the non working one in return.

    I purchased my Beats Solo Pro November 24, 2023 for myself as a christmas gift. One side of my headphones have broken and will not adjust to fix in place on my ears any longer and they are falling off my head. They have noise cancellation and will not function properly because of this. I know they give a 1 year warranty but they make it impossible to get them repaired or replaced through the warranty. I went on the site and made it to a repair screen and they say it's going to cost me $199 to repair the headphones and they don't even know what is wrong plus that is more that what I paid for them. I only listed to them at work Monday thru Friday and when I travel. This is my second pair of Beats, the first set while they did last a while, the white foam covering peeled off and they looked so ugly as they were rose gold and white. If this can't be fixed, I will never purchase a pair of Beats again and will advise my friends and family not to do so as well. These headphones cost to much to easily fall apart like this and I'd hate to know that I spent my hard earned money on a product that is spoken so highly of only for them to fall apart within a year.

    I purchased my 4th pair of beats headphones just over a year ago, I have come to accept that they tend to only last a year (my first 3 pairs lost sound in one ear around the 2 year ***** but its like they keep making them more cheap so they break after the 1 year **** where theres any sort of warranty now. Out of nowhere my newest set just stopped charging & when I brought them into the ***** service provider I was told the cost to fix would be $200-400! For headphones literally JUST over a year old. Its abhorrent to me that such an expensive item is made so cheaply with known issues & not only do they not try to fix the problems, but they almost try to force you into a new pair (because honestly, who is going to pay $400 to repair a $200 pair of headphones when the stuff fixed is only under warranty for 90 days). Theres no integrity behind this company anymore & it would seem theyre being made intentionally with significantly less & less quality.

    I purchased these headphones in May of 2022 (This year.) and they stopped working after two weeks of having them. I experienced a cracking sound in both sides of the headphones.
