  ** went above and beyond to scope the project, and research the fix needed. He was completely honest that he had not completed this type of electrical repair with external shutters and reached out to others in the industry to try to find someone else with experience that could assist us. When he wasn't able to find anyone, he researched and then offered to take on the project. He was very personable and sensitive to our needs which was greatly appreciated. Their prices may not be the lowest for the wide range of other services they offer, however there's a great deal of value with having a service provider that's professional, honest and reliable.

  From the very beginning it was a pleasure to interact with you and your family; we later felt first-hand the impotence over the shutter project.  As a company we reflect on these situations and ask ourselves: if there are little to no options for a customer to solve a problem, what can they do? if it was us, how would we feel? lastly, is there really nothing we can do about this?
  
  Since we did want an answer to these questions we did everything we could to find a professional solution to your project, we just could not leave you -in the dark-, it did not feel right.
  
  Fortunately everything worked out well, and a fully operative system -and- your satisfaction made our day... our week.

  We called ServiceBeaver to fix an interior door and had a fantastic experience with them. The technician wore shoe protectors even though we told him it was ok not to, he moved away a few items that we had close to the door to make sure nothing got damaged; he even brought some blankets to protect the floor. It was nice to see how much was done to protect our home.As for the job, he explained what was wrong and what options we had, we went with one of his recommendations and he did the repairs just as he described. Its been a few days since we had the repairs done and everything continues to work well, and thats just what we wanted. Price wise they are not the cheapest, but after experiencing their work they are definitely worth every *****.
