              This star is for the person that have tried to help us here. To the other bat crazy people, that have pass the buck and never called us back, the others are for y'all. The employees act like the more money they save by putting the screws to people, the more bonus they will receive at the end of the year. I was hit at a red light and I have been told that my car is not worth being repaired with a new part. In todays times, no one has time for this hateful c*** Its so sad that people are treated like this and these guys act like you are so far from their worries. Just sad you are hit, hurting and then they act like you are nothing to them because you are not paying their bills. I hope the people that do pay this sorry people salary gets some kind of better treatment. SHAME ON YOU!

              We have reviewed the claim file and are prepared to file a response on behalf of Agricultural Workers Mutual Auto Insurance Company.The basis of this complaint is OEM (New Manufacturer Parts) versus After Market Parts on a 10-year-old vehicle. Because the complainants vehicle is a 2012 a new part is not owed. At this time, we are currently paying for the complainant to be in a rental vehicle until the repairs are completed. Our handling of this claim has been fair and reasonable
