My mother had a stroke and was in the hospital, the stroke resulted with her severely confused. She in her confusion from the stroke made the same payment multiple times to different bills which resulted in the bank charging her $153 in over draft and NSF fees. When I called the bank to explain her situation and ask if the fees could be waived since shes never done this in the past. They said no regardless of her medical condition we do not waive NSF or overdraft fees.

I have sent the details of a company named Netgear who fraudulently coerced money out of my wife and myself. It was the amount ******. I asked for money back through ********* my main bank and was denied. I then filed a complaint for an item in the amount of ****** done on feb 7. I was again denied. These charges are falsely taken out of my account and I would like a refund. I have my disability my social security. My retirement funds and my wifes caregiver funds deposited in this account. I am a 100% disabled vet and my wife handles everything. My ptsd is severe and my disorders are physical as well. This bank constantly overcharges for insufficient funds and abuses my money. My wife makes mistakes on the account all the time anx tells me but the bank gives no wiggle room for refunds I get that. Its happening to everyone. A bank using a ***** dollar charge to steal from citizens who fought wars for the bank to even exist. But I specifically explained to stop payment to these two entities and refund us and issue us both new cards one at a time. I get nothing. Netgear can steal with false programs and subscription services that dont exist. And a shoe company in ********** gets its money for a pair of shoes that never arrived and were an accidental charge. They dont care about heroes or customers or veterans. I have been a customer for about 20 years. That does not matter to them either b

Fort Hood National Bank is the reason why ***** has reported my name to the credit bureau for late payment. Jun 2021, my wife called them to put a stop payment on our mortgage company because we were in the process of refinancing our house. They put the stop payment on my chase credit card instead of the mortgage company. I did not realize they did that until January 2022, when I called chase credit card to send my name to the credit bureau, and my score went down by 50 points. ***** told me they could not get the payment because the bank put a stop payment on the card. I told them that I set the amount to come out automatically every month, and they told me to call my bank to find out what happened. Therefore, I called fort hood National Bank to solve the issue. ***** wanted me to get a bank error letter from them, instead, they had given me a letter saying there was a miscommunication, and that letter was not enough to take down the late payment. I do not know where the miscommunication came from because my mortgage company is different from chase; they made mistakes, and did not want to own up to it. Even after I told them the letter had to explain an error on their part, I still did not receive the letter from them, and my credit still messed up because of that. It has taken me awhile to get my credit to a certain point in a short period of time a corporation just messed that up for me. I want them to take responsibility and fix the problem. That is one of the reasons why I do not bank with them anymore. actually ***** is ****** to help take care of the problem if only they can get that letter from the bank.

I am rejecting this response because: My wife actually called to put a stop payment on our mortgage company which is different from  chase, however, the misunderstanding was on their part. she never mentioned ***** credit when she called. The letter they sent did not explain clearly what happened, they made it sound like it was our fault. Yes I closed the account with them because I do not want to do business with them anymore because of what happened. I am requesting them to provide me with the recorded conversation where she asked to put a stop payment on *****. if they cannot provide a letter explaining it was an error on their part, I want the recorded conversation where she requested the stop payment.

      Respectfully,

      ***********************

I am rejecting this response because: Your agent actually heard the united part, however, ************** said Veterans United which is our mortgage company. We are being discriminated against because of her Jamaican accent and that is very unprofessional on your part that your agent did not confirm what she said. Your agent asked her to pay $35.00 for the stop payment where she said she wanted to used the chase credit card to pay for the Stop payment. Once again the mistakes was on your part at least have decency to help fix it.

I try to reach out to my bank to stop a charge that I did not authorize on 17 sept 2021 . I tried calling fort hood National bank for 2 day , holding for up to one hour with no answer. I went to the fort hood National bank to file a stop payment on the said transaction but was unable to help but did show me how to file stop payment via secured email. I immediately file complaint on line detailing the stop payment . I received a response stating I should canceled my debt card and I should reach out to the vender. I reply back reinstating that I did and they refused to reverse the charge regardless that I did not receive the product that I did not order.

I am rejecting this response because: ft hood National bank has failed to meet there own standard set by them. Failure to reply in 2 business days. In there written response to me they subjusted to cancel my debit card , my response was that I would be ok with that long as I received replacement before canceling my card. They did not read my response and canceled my card leaving me no access to my money. I was so desperate I went to bank to get temporary but was told they could not issue one because they where out.
The bank has not made any attempt to right there mistake and they make it impossible to contact someone that can help to correcting the issues.

I put my name on a card that I never used. Just to monitor my ex-wife (at the time together) account to make sure she wasn't overdrafting the account. After we separated, I requested my name to be taken off the account since we had nothing to do with each other. I found the card and decided to call to see if it was done before I shredded it and I still am on the account.

I am rejecting this response because:

I came into the bank to request my name be taken off of the account because of such activities and hinderance by ***** *******. We were separated by the end of 2017, going into 2018 as I was getting out of the military. Apart of me transitioning out, was ensuring that my name was off of this account. I don't even recall ever using the card or your bank. So I would like to request that you remove my name from this account since it was not done before.
