The diagnostic and estimate your company provided was inappropriate and inaccurate.I am requesting a refund for the services which were not provided.I am willing to settle this case at a lower level however, if I must take higher action it will occur.Thank you for your response to my complaint *************************************Telephone number ************.

            The Right Choice is not the Right Choice, I have had nothing but serious issues, today, the issue is mold on the unit which according to the team The Right Choice sends out is to large for this home, I believe the date for new charge is May 15 of this year, just some weeks ago yes, when **** was discovered on the unit, said they would be back in two weeks, which was two weeks ago to clean it and it would only cost me a little over 300, I informed them at this time that ****** needs to reimburse, this unit is still under warranty but I have to pay to have it cleaned, so I paid, waiting for them to show up, they didn't, meanwhile, the resident of this home is a non verbal quadriplegic and just got over pneumonia. I have had issues with The Right Choice since day one, the first unit was installed incorrectly and had to be replaced with now apparently with one that is still to large. I still do expect them to come out today and do the cleaning, hopefully with a reimbursement check, before the resident gets pneumonia again.
