    I contacted PUR about getting an adapter for my faucet filter. At the time they told me they were out of inventory and would get back to me.
    About a month later they actually did reach out and told me they were sending new adapters. It was shipped to me within two days. Very impressed with this service! No harassment for buying anything extra either. Just quick responses and remembering my incident.

    This compnay was phenomenal in addressing an issue I had. One of the best customer service situations I have had. I know people always take the time to complain when they are upset but I thought I would take the time for a company that deserved a shout out.

    HEV312W cool mist humidifier. 3 year warrantee.
    at the five year mark, the humidifier began to emit an electrical fire smell. Opened the unit and a small red rectangular battery like component had failed, melting and expanding!
    Upon calling numerous time and being on hold forever, they said this was not a recall issue. They directed me to the website to buy another. **** **** ** ************ ** ** ** ******** **** **** *** ******** *** *** **** *** ******* For others, it is about one inch brownish red with 205k250V on the side and a white sticker covers other writing on the part. The sticker says 16176.
    Disappointed in the customer service and difficulty reaching them to report.

    I have been using Pur water pitchers and filters for over 20 years. ** * ***** **** * * ***** * *****.A few months ago, I started noticing the filters were only lasting 1 month and for the past 20 yrs they have ALWAYS lasted 3 months! I contacted the business and asked if there were problems or if they had any tips.First, I was told the filters last 1-3 months and I told them, they always last at least 3 good months. They asked about any construction or changes with the water, and I told them that there is no construction and I have lived in the same place for over 25yrs. The same place where the filters have lasted at least 3months. They were kind enough to send a new filter.I used the new one and the same thing happened. 1 month and the filter literally stops working. I reached out again and was told the same things and they told me they already sent me a replacement filter and that they could do no more. Now, I am on my 3rd filter in the past 3months, and it is happening again! * *** ******* **** **** **** ********* ** *** ******** *** ** ** *** ** *** ***** *******!I am looking now at other ways to filter my water because there is no way I am going to replace the filter every month as they are not cheap.It seems they are just another company that is trying to make more profit at my expense! You have lost a very loyal customer as I mentioned I will not be purchasing new filters every month!
