  I was in ******* and a young man gave me his business card. First I had an emergency and found his card, called him on a Saturday. He came in 30 minutes and assessed the problem. He told me he could not do what I needed but had an HVAC person and tried calling someone who was unavailable. He did not charge me because he could not help. I truly realized at that time I would call him back. I woke up Tuesday morning to water in my laundry room and the hot water heater was leaking. I called and he came within 30 minutes. Just finished installing the new one and I am happy I used his service. Punctual and helpful.

  Was referred by a friend to call paragon plumbing for repairs and replacing fixtures in my house inside and out. They came the same day with in a couple hours and did all the work that needed to be done. ***** and his helper did a very clean job and I am very satisfied with all the work that was done, and also gives a warranty on his work. I will recommend this company to family and friends and call them again if I ever have another problem in my house. Thank you! *** *****

  First time that I used ***** as a plumber and it will be my last He removed and replaced my kitchen faucet, Less than eight weeks the faucet became very loose and I called to have the problem corrected. I was advised that he would call me the next morning--which he never did. I called again and he advised that he would call me back that afternoon--which he never did. I called several times the next day to no avail as it appeared my phone number was recognized . To make matters even worse one of the items he removed fell into my garbage disposal and luckily I found it the next day prior to turning it on. What makes this even more upsetting is that on ******* business card it states " All work is guaranteed" What a joke!!!!! ,

  ***** has been my plumber for the past 12 years. He does a great job on any problems that arise, from a pipe leak in the yard to installing a new garage disposal. I have found that his prices are fair, as you get what you pay for. He is responsible and will also do handyman jobs as needed. I have never had a complaint with his work and routinely recommend him to others. ****** ********
