    Hi, I am having a problem with the apartment complex I live in. I called the **** number, but I did not receive an answer. On March 7, 2025. I was falsely accused of breaching contract due to a minor **************** landlord came to my door on my ring camera rudely and was saying my vehicle was obstructing traffic.I have to park differently since their parking lot is on a hill and making all the tenants car's ******* vehicle wasn't obstructing anyone's right of way, and they threatened me with towing my vehicle.I proceeded to go to the office, and they were saying I was breaching contract for trying to ask why they're going to tow my vehicle.I started recording, and they kicked me out of the office only to call the police.I ended up speaking to the officer involved, and he even said there was a small misunderstanding and no laws were broken.Since they couldn't get me arrested, they filed an eviction on me with three days to vacate for allegedly breaching the lease. I had just paid my rent for the month, and there is no reason to evict me if I wasn't violent or a disturbance when I am exercising my tenant rights.They also have health violations. Regarding bringing up a health violation to them, they also retaliated against me.They stopped me from accessing the gym and office, which is a violation of tenant laws.They had the police tell me I will be trespassing if I go there, which is in the video attached.They have dangerous objects hanging off the roof where they can fall on tenants.The roofing is exposed where birds live and fly constantly, distrubing tenants.They also have birds living in the vents, where you can hear them living there and smell their urine.There is also bird ***** matter left exposed on our walkways and stair rails.Also, the space heater in the wall caught fire since it was painted over it.This is a health violation to all tenants. There are multiple reviews on ****** as well with their health violations.

    On June 18 the toilet started to leak. they tried to fix it but couldn't. On June 20 they shut down the water On June 21 they took out the bathtub and toilet. They expected me to stay in that department in those unsanitary conditions.They will not adjust my rent or provide me another apt to stay
