  The business office was great to work with. The crew showed up a few minutes early and did a really good job. The supervisor was very thorough and walked us through the whole process showing us the work being done and explaining how it works. They were done in a timely manner and did a great job with cleanup.

  Allied Foundation performed their job well. They arrived with a large crew and were prepared for the work they had to do. They worked efficiently and cleaned up will. Their communication and customer service was good and I never was in doubt about what was going on. A great company to do such a big and scary task on your home.

  Allied Foundation repaired the foundation of my house. From initial survey to the actual foundation repair work, they demonstrated efficiency and professionalism.   Allied Foundation just did house leveling for me. They brought a significant crew and did the work quickly and did a thorough cleanup afterwards. The pricing was the best I received.

  I was very satisfied with Allied Foundation. They were recommended by a friend, and reasonably priced. An estimator came out and gave me a detailed explanation of the work that needed to be done. Luis, the foreman answered all of my questions when they began. I was very impressed with all of the hard work of the foundation crew. I highly recommend Allied Foundation!

  Recently had foundation work done by Allied. They did a thorough and professional job on our foundation. Work was completed without any problems and for a price, in my opinion, that was very reasonable.

  Company is inept and the customer service is horrendous. We have a warranty from this company for previous foundation work. We began noticing foundation issues earlier this year. They came out and inspected it, stated we needed 16 of our 25 piers adjusted, the inspector informed us it would probably be a month before they would be able to come do the work. And upon doing the work a structural engineer would inspect the home.
  
  The office than called to schedule our appointment and told us it would be several months before they can come out because it’s a warranty and not new work. The manager that I spoke with also proceeded to tell me the inspector that came out is an idiot and does not know what he’s doing, and that I probably don’t even need foundation work done (real professional), that should have been the red flag there that they are sending someone to inspect my house that the boss says doesn’t know how to do his job.
  
  Fast forward to last week and they finally come out to adjust the 16 piers. The crew is there for approximately 45 mins and they only adjust 4 piers. The foreman tells me he knows nothing about any structural engineer to check the house and that the office will call me. And that we need several new piers. We waited several days and received no call.
  
  We finally made contact with the office and they inform us it would be 3 weeks before an inspector would be back out and the earliest they could do any work would be approximately two months. This is absolutely unacceptable that they wouldn’t do the work that was supposed to be done, then tell me I need to wait two more months. Meanwhile my walls are cracking. They do not want to do warranty work and it’s very clear. The manager told me, if I was paying for new work they would be there much sooner. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I’m sure they seem great during the initial work, but if you need any warranty work they don’t want to be bothered.
