  We were contacted by Tradebloc who informed us of the perpetual clause in our timeshare contract. Although our timeshare was paid off and fees up to date we just couldn't leave this item forced on our children in the event of our deaths, especially with consistently increasing fees. The entire process only took a few months as we followed the instructions they provided. We were kept in the loop as far as our progress was going by each department. I received our final paperwork filed with the Orange County clerk of court releasing us from the property today.

  Tradebloc is a scam. They call you and have you sign up for a service then for your first consultation they then tell younit will be another ***** to actually proceed with the legal services because they will tell you that you have two options 1) a transfer (which really is not sn option) as they will explain that the timeshare. Can charge you a ridiculous amount or 2) default which they will also tell you that you have to monitor your credit. They basically claim a 100% success rate but then bait and switch you. This is unethical and a complete scam.

  Tradebloc personnel was very knowledge in the timeshare cancellation process. They made it easy for me to understand what I need to provide and how the process works. Each person that I interacted with was very respectful and answered any and all questions.

  We have been working with Tradebloc legal and credit protection services to exit our Hilton timeshare since about October, 2024. Thus far our experience with Tradebloc personnel has been wholly satisfactory. Our credit reports remain free of any negative information associated with the timeshare cancellation. At this point we are confident that the timeshare cancellation will conclude successfully.

  We have unsuccessfully worked with two other timeshare exit companies who gladly accepted our money and then disappeared after a short time. We are relieved that Tradebloc has been there throughout the entire experience. We have been advised that our credit score is now secure. Although this has been very slow process our hope is that very soon we will be released from our timeshare.

  I used Tradebloc to exit one timeshare 2 years ago It was a fairly easy process with good results. They are currently working on 4 points contracts that I have with one company. They have successfully gotten me out of one contract and are still working on the other 3. During this process, they have made sure that my credit rating was not hurt by trying to exit. I would recommend them.

  So happy we are finally free of our Bluegreen Vacations timeshare. Initally BG demanded 10 years of future Maintenance Fees to exit, Tradebloc was able to negotiate a settlement of 3 years of MF which we had to pay in addition to initial fee to Tradebloc. During the process BG turned us over to a collections company for 1 year of ** even though we had an accepted and paid settlement offer. During all this Tradebloc worked to keep our credit rating protected with the Credit Bureaus. The entire process took 22+ months total. It did seem that there was a long period that nothing was happening until after the 18 month guarantee period was ended.
