I signed up for the program and was told about financial freedom that the coaches would walk me through and be there all the way it was all lies i should of caught on from the beginning because they tell you that you shouldnt buy from ***** to scale your business but thats exactly what the whole program is based on so theres a false advertisement there I felt confident into getting the loan cause they told me its a money back guarantee if you dont scale a product or its not working out for you so here I am not been contacted by my coach or anything I. I dont know how many months not walked through anything at all Ive wasted time and money at this point all I want is to get out of the loan I was in to get the program and be done with PLMInitial Complaint

I was contacted via phone after showing interest in owning my own Amazon PLM business. I was promised within 6 mos. I would have an Amazon store front producing ****** per month. I was told that the coach would assist through out the process and even after the 6 month period. I was told to register for an Amazon seller account that is $39 per month as well as a ********* account that is $89 per month to establish my business for research purposes. Also, I obtained an an LLC for my business. There is truly no one on one coaching or guidance just PowerPoints and recruiting with lies about how much you can make. 2 Months in I struggled with researching products and reached out via text and email for assistance. No one responded. After 1 month of silence I decided to post that no one has contacted me on the community page, then I received an email scheduling a call to consult. I was told to complete a spreadsheet and order test products from **** sourcing. The test products totaled $560.00. I emailed and texted to speak with a coach to help guide me on the next steps and still today i have not received assistance on my business. I have products I can do nothing with. My 6mo period ended on July 23 i didn't even get a follow up call to see how everything went or if i needed more assistance. I wanted to believe in this program to assist me with being an ecommerce business owner but I am left with my inheritance gone and an incomplete business. This company is a scam. I replied to a junk email in regard to being accepted to the *** Boardroom thinking i could speak with someone about my experience and a refund but this call was to recruit board members for Amazon at the cost of another $******. My question to the rep is how can I be on the board when my business is a fail and you are asking for ****** more dollars. Please help me to recover my money. Yes I am also a student of PLM I am a single parent who was looking to make some extra income for me and my family ,so I seen Ms. ******* ad on ******** about joining the program so I called. I had spoke to ******** who recruted people for Ms. ******* program to tell me that the program was great and that it was only a six-month course and that I would be making about 5 to 10 thousand dollars easily in just a couple of months, and that *************************** help me also that she would give me 3 of her winning products to start off making quick sales. I said okay well this sounds like a winner I told her sign me up . Then came the price of the program when I asked how much to start she said it was $9 thousand, and I told her I don't have that kind of money so she says for me not to worry that I could get a loan out,and she would help so many red flags but I ignored them all, so she puts me on hold then comes back asking for my bank information I was hesitant to give it cause I told her I don't even know you that well to give information of that kind so again she started reminding me how I was quickly going to be making the money back with the products ****** was going to help me with, and that I would have my loan paid off in no time so again so many red flags I finally gave her my bank information so she puts me on hold and let me remind you I never spoke to anyone nor saw any one and she comes back on the line and said okay you got the $9 thousand dollar loan then said the money is going to be sent to *** and you just pay it back. I don't know if it's just me but who gives a person a loan of that size without checking to make sure you are an actual person and to see if you are the person applying for the loan that didn't make since to me. And then came time to sign the agreement well I signed it,but I can't find it anymore cause I noticed like a day or so after signing the agreement I could no longer see the document I had signed when I click on the button it says page no longer exists but then takes me to another app that is charging me to become a member in order to retrieve my document I don't understand any of it I was never told I was going to in counter any of these issues. So I start the program on around 9-9-22 I noticed right off I didn't get any winning products secondly I practically did the course by myself cause I never had help I spoke maybe twice to my coach then about 3 or 4 months later find out he was not even there anymore and was never notified so I was already behind and this just put me even more behind until I finally had enough of the lies about the only thing these people did good was offer to give me 3 more months in the program but I had stayed to far behind it would have not made a difference, and also there is no more money that I can give to this any more and they will tell you anything not to give you your money back it's all about the money. The only thing I got out of this is DEBT ,no business ,and no refund.,but at this point I'd just be happy not having DEBT.Initial Complaint

We are low income family with 2kids.We are always struggling with financial problems. Suddenly my husband had very bad car accident on November 2021.After his accident I was so worried and totally stuck in home.I was looking work from home and then I saw ******'s video on YouTube,it was so promising.But when they arranged a meeting with me they told me that I have to pay $10000 for the course and I will make lots more in few months.she said the course is six months but I will always able to access the account.I told her about our financial problems. She said, your financial situation will be better and you can make a lots of money from home.I told her, I don't have money to pay, then she said maybe you don't have to pay anything now, you can get a loan and pay monthly. They took advantage of our bad financial situation.they started trying to get the loan form bank using my secure information, suddenly ****** join the meeting.****** started talking to me about the loan and she tried all banks to get the loan using my all secure info,but she didn't find any bank who wants to give me $10000. After trying all banks she said they have ************************* and I will get approved 100%. I was approved $7500 with 19% APR and ask me to pay down.I said I don't have any money.She apply a PayPal credit for me,and I was approved for $700 PayPal credit and she sent me the link to transfer$700 to her account as a down payment on 29th April 2022.I started paying monthly payments from June2022.So far I paid $5243.11 with down payment and still I have to pay over $4000 also.I also loose over$5000 for products and all other cost they recommend.They are super cheat and fraud.whatever they told me that was a lie and I lost over $10000.I uploaded their recommended products in Amazon, but the products are not selling. I sell 3 products in 3 months and they said I will sell at least 5 products everyday.I lost lots of money for no reason.I just need my money back.please stop this scam.Initial Complaint

I joined PLM in 8/22. *** guaranteed $5000 profits within 3 months with less than $10K investment and with 1.5-2 hrs time commitment per day, if not: tuition reimbursement was guaranteed if 80% of course was completed. *** offered coaching support. I did not recieve copy of agreement I signed. The tuition was $9k and I got a loan with ********** My assigned coach was not helpful and 2 hours time commitment per day was not sufficient to keep up with the course. The biggest obstacle was sourcing the products: even when I hired agents on Fiverr, I could not fulfill my orders. I managed to get one product but the quality was so poor, I could not sell it. At the end of my program I did not manage to sell anything. I was completely overwhelmed and the continuing costs were killing my finances: I opened LLC, trademarked company name and logo, I had to buy a computer to work on, office supplies, shipping supplies, sku numbers, monthly Amazon Seller fees of $39, monthly ******** software fees of $89. Considering my investment of money and time to that point, I decided to try again and signed up for additional membership: the Excellarator at $499 per month. Again, even with help of sourcing agent I could not source the products approved by ***.I tried once more and scanned ove r200 product ideas but none met cryteria to be sourced or could not be sourced. After a year of trying, I decided to cut my losses and resigned. I accrued close to $15k loss. I do not believe I would get my tuition reimbursed so I never asked. I did however got reimbursed for the Excellerator membership, which I am truly grateful for but which is not enough to help me recover financial losses due to my involvement with ***.Initial Complaint

I purchased a membership with private label mastery on November 30 2022. I was told though a zoom call with one of their reps that if I did not have a product launched with 6 months of starting the program or I was dissatisfied I would be able to get my money back. I explained to the young lady that what she had said to me was very important because I had a sick child at home and I was using basically all of my savings to pay for this program. She said she understood and that the program would pay for itself in a few months of starting. I worked hard I did my courses my coaching calls, the live meetings. My father passed away in January of 2023 but I didnt stop I pushed through only to deal with multiple changes within the course and the only coach I had ever worked with no longer being with the company. I did not have a product launched within 6 months or by the 6th month and then couldnt even get my product launched for over a month I reached out to *** through call, through email when someone finally set up a call with me they could still not help me with the issue. I reached out through their community called circle which is just other students such as myself but no help. At this point I hadnt even been able to meet with the new coach that they had appointed me because I already had an appointment set from when the previous coach was working with me but our previous meeting consisted of her telling me that she would no longer be with the company. This company made a lot of false promises on the initial zoom call. Im sure those calls are recorded and should be played back be side they are very deceitful. I would like a refund!Initial Complaint

I was looking for an opportunity to make extra money and i came cross the video from PLM and i thought it would be a great fit for me to get into my own business and make money. I got on a call with one of their team member and i believed her and filled all the papers with them as they asked me to. And after i saw there is loan on my credit which was between ****k. They started taking money from my bank account each month for almost $250 which started in Feb'23. Till now i have paid almost $1500 dollars. I made accounts and the started the course but after a while i was not able to access anything. I tried to schedule meeting but every time i tried to get on a call my calls were always cancelled stating i cancelled the meeting. I just want my money back and i would like to remove the loan from my credit. I am making average money which covers all my expenses hardly and on the top *** is taking money from me on monthly basis which i can't afford. Here is my story: I saw ******* video on ******* about PLM and how it is easy to start your own business and earn money. I signed up to get more information. I was contacted by a sales person and was told that success and earning money is guaranteed if I follow the steps as per their course modules. I was told that I will be able to breakeven my upfront cost of $10,000 and start earning profits as soon as six months. I joined the program in July 2022 through a loan from a bank that *** partnered with. I was assigned a coach to work with. There was on average 3 days of delay in getting response from coach on submitted ideas to launch a product. Also, there were lot of challenges getting products from ***** and other countries and there was not much help from *** team. In between they changed our coach without any notice and the delays in hearing back from the coach further increase. After all these struggles in getting the product launched, I contacted the new coach **** on Jan 17, 2023 to discontinue the course and stop our payments as we couldnt launch a single product. After one week, *** called me and asked me to complete 80% of the modules by Feb 17, 2023 in order to get my money back. I spent multiple sleepless nights to complete more than 80% of the modules and reached out to *** on Feb 14th. As there was no response, I contacted **** about the response. **** mentioned that *** had the final say and asked me to contact her. *** called me on Feb 15th and told me that I will not get my money back as I didnt launch any product. I asked her why she didnt tell me this before and instead asked me to complete 80% of the modules, there was no response. I feel cheated and swindled of my hard earned money by a SCAM program.Initial Complaint

I contacted *** according to the video advertised saying that we will make money on amazon. 5 minutes after signing up, I was contacted by someone who was not the owner. I contacted them just to have infos but the lady was very pushy and telling me that there is nothing to do much, I will be showed our to sell on amazone and will make a lot of money. She asked for **** dollars. I told her that it is expensive and I cannot afford. She said she will help find a loan, and I Will make a lot of money from amazone, I shoul not worry. She found a loan and I am paying every month, but the amazon products not selling. They lie to us by the way they presented their business. They did not explain much at the beginning and contract so that they can catch me in their trap. I would like my money back. Now I am not able to pay the loan since I am not making money on amazon
