The app has banned me for violating community guidelines as well as terms and services, however I cannot recall violating any of which terms. I had no images that could be deemed inappropriate, I talked to others with respect, and have dealt with a handful of very disrespectful and inappropriate individuals on the platform. However, I truly enjoyed using it because it is a nice app with very rewarding outcomes and it todays technological age, people dont meet others organically much anymore - as someone in their adulthood, I feel as though I too deserve that option. I am unsure what I even did for the repercussions of this event, but I filed an appeal to no avail and also they did not inform me on what exactly it was I violated. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly with ******* support team, I have been unable to achieve a satisfactory resolution.My Tinder account was banned without prior warning or a clear explanation. Following this, I promptly appealed the ban through Tinders designated appeal process, providing all requested information and seeking clarification on the reasons behind the ban. Despite my efforts, my appeal was rejected, and I was provided with a generic response that did not address my specific concerns or offer any detailed reasoning for the ban.Since then, I have attempted to create a new account, but I have been continuously blocked from doing so. I have a physical disability (cerebral palsy) having limited use of my hands. Taking photos of myself is extremely difficult, as I cannot do hand poses with my other hand while taking a photo. I was asked to do photo verification but it requires me to make hand poses that I can't do. I use Tinder as a way to meet people as I just moved to a new city. I was sent explicit content from a Tinder member outside of tinder messages, and deleted the app off my phone. When I went to re-download it, it said I need to provide photo verification. Every time I have reached out to ******, I have been met with an automated response. I have been locked out of Tinder for days, with no good reason. It is really disheartening to hear that they do not provide any accommodations, and just send me back to the "Submit a request" page. I expect them to do better. Just please give me back my account. I just joined Match.com. I followed all the protocols and gave them my credit card information to join for 6 months. I created an email and password with joining. I was sent an email verification to my email address and I verified it. When I tried to log in it wanted my phone number used to Join as verification and it was rejected onerous times and told to contact customer service. Since they do not have a phone number to contact customer support I had to use their email. I did so and was given a claim and ticket and basically steps to get into my account none of which worked. I either want my account unlocked and accessible or delete my account and I will never use Match.com and suggest others as well to not use it.
