On April 6, 2025 around 4:30-5pm I went to get service. As I approached the front desk the guy behind the desk was a bit rude when I told him what service I was getting. I continued with the service without knowing the price for my service. After I was done I approached the desk and asked him how much . He stated 80$ I asked him what all did I get to get that price , and he instantly got anger and started yelling at me and stated oh you dont want to pay , Ill cut your nails off I then replied its not that Im not trying to pay , Im just wanting to physically see what Im being charged for. He continues to yell and speaks another language and runs to get the scissors and tryed to dart towards me . The other women employees jumped in to stop him while yelling in another language as well . I tired to de escalate the situation but it was more disrespecting and rude words that were being said by the guy . He said he was the owner and manger of the place because I asked . I then stated ok well this is very unprofessional behavior and Ill just record this and report because Im just trying to understand what Im being charged for. He continues to yell and another customer steps in to defend me ask the manger if he can stop and go to the back because hes making matters worse. He told her No and continues to yell at me. The police were called but no one showed up . I ended up just giving them 100$ and told them they lost a regular customer . I recently visited your nail salon and had a very disappointing experience. I requested glass tips with cat-eye highlights at the base and acrylic on my big toe, with regular polish on the rest.From the beginning, there was a significant breakdown in communication with the technician. I was provided with frosted tips instead of the clear ones I requested. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the technician became argumentative.Furthermore, the manicure was incomplete, as my cuticles were not properly trimmed. I have photographic evidence to support this claim. The pedicure was also unsatisfactory as it was abruptly ended without completing the service, including foot scraping and nail polish application.I was charged $85 for a service that was not fully rendered. Additionally, the technician's behavior escalated to threats of involving the police, creating a hostile environment. Despite multiple attempts to speak with a manager or owner, I have only been able to reach the same technician.I have already posted a negative review online, to which the technician has falsely accused me of attempting to steal services. I am willing to pay for the services that were actually provided, but the total charge of $85 is excessive given the incomplete work.I feel that I was pressured into paying this amount and was unable to resolve the issue with management. I am requesting a refund for the portion of the service that was not completed and would appreciate the opportunity to speak with a supervisor to address this matter. Also after submitting ****** review owner called me a liar and slandered my name stating I was smoking marijuana which I can submit drug screening as proof that I was under no influence. This is to discredit my claims Horrendous nail salon experience! Requested glass tips, got frosted. Pedicure unfinished, technician rude. Charged double for terrible service. I want to address the recent situation that occurred at our nail salon. It's important to clarify the events from our perspective.
she and her friend were seen smoking weed in front of our shop before coming in for your services. During the service, they both made it difficult for our nail technician, ****, who is known for his kind and respectful demeanor. It's surprising to hear that you found him rude, as this is the first time anyone has made such a claim about him.
Moreover, her friend left without paying, stating that she would cover the cost. she then refused to pay for her service and did not pay fully for your own, attempting to get free services ( total over $220 for both). also she said that she did not know her friend which is sit next to her and told us that they were friend at the beginning. This behavior is unacceptable. We have already reported this incident to the police, with video evidence from our cameras capturing both her and her friends actions.
At our salon, we pride ourselves on treating every customer with respect and providing the best service possible. Its unfortunate that this has happened, and it appears this is not the first time she tried this tactic at our shop.
Our nail technicians work hard to support their families, and its unfair for anyone to take advantage of them. As a result, she is now banned from our salon. We will also be informing other nail salons in the area about this incident to prevent any future scams.she tried to play game around, we already reported with police and law department.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with your response regarding my complaint. I have provided irrefutable photographic evidence, including a bank statement screenshot, demonstrating that I paid $85 for a service that was not completed to my satisfaction.I kindly request that you re-examine the provided photographs, which clearly illustrate the subpar quality of the service I received. My cuticles were not properly attended to, oil was not applied, and the manicure I paid for was not performed. My hands were left rough, and my toes were incorrectly serviced against my explicit wishes. Dozens of individuals have corroborated my assessment of the unacceptable quality of the work. Where is your documentation or ur video evidence showing proof u completed my manicure. Where is the proof when it was discussed that I would pay for my acquaintance. Show proof how your technician left in the middle of my pedicure. Show proof how the girl who attended to me afterward washed her hands cleaned the bowl. My feet were not even soft from resting in warm water when she finally addressed my callouses. SHOW PROOF THAT THE SERVICE I RECEIVED WAS WORTH $85.Furthermore, I take strong exception to the false accusation of smoking marijuana on your premises. This is a slanderous claim with no basis in reality. I challenge you to provide any video evidence supporting this allegation. I am prepared to undergo drug testing, including blood or hair follicle analysis, to unequivocally demonstrate my abstinence from marijuana.I am equally disturbed by the accusation that I intended to not pay for my service. This is a blatant falsehood. No confirmation was sought regarding payment arrangements of my acquaintance, and I was unaware of any such expectation until the time of payment. HYPOTHETICALLY - If I We're you and told that someone else who was sitting just a foot away was going to pay for both people's services, I would have confirmed with the person who was paying to ensure everyone was on the same page and understood the arrangements. SHOW ME PROOF IF AT ANYTIME I ADVISED I WOULD BE PAYING FOR MY ACQUAINTANCE'S SERVICE AS WELL AS MY OWN. I NEVER AGREED NOR DID ANYONE EVER ASK FOR ME TO PAY FOR BOTH , BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE QUICKLY ADVISES I ONLY INTENDED TO MAKE PAYMENT TOWARDS MY HALF COMPLETED SERVICES.The unprofessional and disrespectful treatment I endured during my visit is unacceptable. Your employee's behavior, including leaving my service unfinished, creating a hostile environment, and making false accusations, is inexcusable.I demand a full and unconditional apology for these false accusations and the substandard service I received. Additionally, I expect a prompt refund for the service that was not delivered as promised.If you fail to address these issues satisfactorily, I will be compelled to pursue legal action to protect my reputation and seek compensation for the damages incurred. paid them $73 but was quoted 65 came in was greeted by a woman who handed me a menu i told her i just want a regular french manicure and feet washed painted sat down a man by the name of danny grabbed my hand and another lady was on my feet starting the pedicure with in 10 min i ask him why was he putting on dipped nails i notice he dipped my fingers in a powder he act like he couldnt understand english but he spoke it well , i said no no this is not what i ask for he he told me its ok he will do a great job
the lady hostes at the desk came back there and ask is everything ok i told her the gentlmen misunderstood my request she instead handed me q nail color and told me i will like the dip set
by now i was fustrated but due to my high blood pressure i needed to stay calm once he was dont i went to the frot dest and told her my i didnt get the right service she ignored me and told me the total to pay whch was nore the quoited by 10 dollar i was upset by now
and i called them back to complain the guy literally cured me out told me he will cute all my nails off if i dont like the service then give me back my money i was agasp at his rude words insensitiv attitude i would like my money refunded to me as a resolve my hands were aching also form him pulling and poking to get this jell on properly i need to get a refundBusiness Response

**** came in to get her nails and a pedicure on August 9, 2022 at 2pm. After asking her what services she would like to get done, the front desk gave her a price estimate while showing her our menu, which lists all of our prices. Our front desk showed her a picture of her price estimate as well, which is attached. She was also given 20% her services for our soft opening special.
She then chose her colors for her nails and feet. Our technicians sat her down at the pedicure chair and asked what services she would like to get done. After she told our technicians, they began her services. Our technicians do not perform random services. Our technicians only perform what they're asked to do.
The price of our services only change according to what the client wants. **** did not mention any wrongdoing done to her throughout her entire service nor during checkout. She accepted our prices and was happy with her services when she checked-out.
She called back a few days later demanding a refund for her services and stated she did not want her nails to have dip color powder. Our front desk was very confused because she got exactly what she asked for.
Our front desk asked what was the reason for the refund, and she said she didn't get what she asked for. Our front desk offered for her to come in to get them redone or come to a resolution. **** did not want that and only demanded a refund. Our front desk told her in order to issue a refund, we need to remove the nails since that was her main complaint. She refused to remove her nails and wanted to keep them. Our front desk told her if she wants to keep her nails, then we cannot issue her the refund.
She was furious and harassed our business with false negative reviews. She threatened us and said if she was not refunded, she would ask all of her friends and family to write negative reviews on our business page.
****'s price differed only slightly because she asked the technicians for more than what she asked our front desk for. When her services were done, she came to check-out and she agreed to the price, then she swiped her card. She did not have a single complaint throughout her service nor during check-out.
