I did a clinical research study for them in September of 2022..for the flue I believe..I went for ond visit..I got thr flu shot..I did an e diary on my phone for the next several months..they never paid me..I was supposed to be paid 950.00..I stopped doing the e diaries in January because they were not paying me..they continuously harrassed me through phone calls about finishing but kept giving me the run around about payment..I finally went to the ffoce on the 18th of October 23..they gave me a card that I cannot activate and when I try calling them they hang up on me..It's beyond frustrating..I just want paid!Initial Complaint

I had spoken several times to a representative (*******) from Zenos about screening and enrollment in a clinical trial for Ampligen at the ****** office. ******* had confirmed by appointment multiple ********* had received multiple reminder/confirmation text messages abt my appointment. I was out of state & had to fly in & incurred $800 approx of expenses to do so, and energy I didnt have (I have a severe health condition which is why i was seeking to enroll in the trial) only to get there on Aug 2nd, 2023 at 9am to be told the trial was full & someone was supposed to call me and let me know I shouldnt come but didnt. I was expecting to receive $300 or $400 (I cant recall) for the screening which would have helped to offset some of my expenses. I was willing to do it for the chance to be involved in the trial. But instead it was all a total waste because Zenos staff didnt do their jobInitial Complaint

Scheduled an appointment with Zenos Clinical Research for 07/20/23. Appointment is scheduled for 3:00pm. Waited in the office, asked what is going on with my appointment after an hour of waiting. Was then called to proceed with appointment 1:30 hours after my appointment time. Spent the time needed to tests, blood work, questions for the 3 hours as previously informed when making the appointment prior over the phone. After appointment was completed, was informed after I asked that payment will be deposited to the provided debit card by Zenos Research. My appointment day was a Friday. On Sunday 07/23/23. I contacted zenos research and was informed they will request payment to their sponsor and should have the funds deposited by the next day. Called on 07/24/23, when they had informed the money would have already been deposited but no funds were added to the account. Spoke to ********************** to be told again they would request the money for deposit again. Called on 07/25/23 to inform them again I have not received my payment, to which informed by zenos the payment request would be sent, and should be available the following day as they have no longer have an issue with billing so it would be available next day. Called Zenos the following day, informing them I have not received payment, on 07/26/2033. Zenos informed that I should be calling the zenos clinic office for this and provided me their number. Called the Zenos clinic that I visited, no answer, called 3 more times no answer. Called from another number I have, they finally picked up the line. Informed them again of their issue that I have not received payment for 07/20/2023 visit, asked for my name and was then put on hold. ****** returned to the call to inform me they will request payment. I had asked when I will receive the payment as this is what Im told everyday, was informed all they can do is request payment. That they dont have any other power for me to receive my funds. Zenos Clinical Research owes me $300.Initial Complaint

Saw a non surgical knee pain trial in fb. Responded, and they replied soon thereafter. They had me come out to their doctor's ****** at medical city either within the next couple days. I went, never saw a doctor, they had me fill out some forms and gave me a **** gift card that would be activated upon me getting knee x-rays. I asked about their validating my parking and they said it would be done at the **ray. Walked across the medical city campus to the med **************. Got the **rays and was released. They didn't validate, total time spent 3hr, ie 3 bucks. Called in was told card would be activated within 24hrs of their getting **rays. Card not activated, followed up a week later. Called in, left on hold 20m, called back and 12m, third time after 5 or 6 minute hold, someone came in and said they never got results, third time i called from another number and asked to speak to someone in regards to doing study. Followed up with med city imaging and they said that the results were sent over later in day that I was there, Dec 1. Called back to ****** and again on hold forever. Finally left message, call never returned. Called back numerous times in December and either calls not answered, messages never returned or placed on eternal hold. Was only ***** bucks so I blew it off. Last weekend I got a collections notice from ntex radiology. Called today and it was from the **rays. Even though they started all costs would be paid for by trial it was for this trial. Called ****** numerous times today and got nothing but put on hold. They are commiting numerous levels of fraud from mail to wire and guess they are collecting the money from the company sponsoring so probably medical fraud too. I want my money, additional money for my time and the radiology bill paidBusiness Response

******** was paid for services back in December 2022 please see attached proof from system and database. There is an issue with medical city sending bills to patients please have ******** send an email to ************************************* and this will be sent to medical city and ******** will receive a bill showing a zero balance.

Went in on three different occasions, they call said I was picked for a knee trial, they owe me for the first time I went in in December. I have called an they still haven't paid me. I want to get paid they are very unprofessional the way they talk to you I do clinical trials an no one talk to you the way they do, I have call they don't answer the phone. ******* was paid for both of her prescreens. She has two stipend cards please see attached. She was not selected to be in either study, therefore she has been paid according to prescreen payments. Patients must meet all qualifications to be in the study, so we pay them for their time even if they don't get selected.
