    I paid $252.99 for a 6 month supply of phen diet pills. When I opened one of the bottles the pills were completely black. The bottle has a march 2025 expiration date so they should still be good. The pills are normally white. I have requested a refund with no response from the vendor. I have read that the company is being investigated by the **** I am concerned about my health at this point and want a full refund.

    Made a purchase of $63 to PhenQ. They guaranteed satisfaction or my money back within 60 days. I emailed them after 1.5-2 weeks and told them Im very unhappy with the product and have most of it left, I want my refund. They refuse to respond or give me a refund. order #******.

    I ordered and paid for two orders from this company over 2 weeks ago and have not received or had any response from them on this matter have tried to call and email with no answer or reply back this company is a total scam

    I ordered 3 bags of meal replacement shakes from PhenQ on March 5th for $48.47 (Order #PQ201020). Their website promises fast shipping in numerous places, yet here I am, 20 days later, and the tracking provided by the company is still stuck on Order Confirmed. I have attempted to contact the company twice via their customer support email, just to get an update on shipping at the very least, and have not received any response. At this point Im starting to feel as though theyve taken my money with no intention of sending my product.
