      This is the second order that I have placed with Zuri. Both turned out great. I only had one hiccup that they helped on. The staff is very understanding and worked diligently to correct the one issue that I had. My wife and I are ordering more items from them. I would definitely recommend this company to do business with.

      Good quality furniture. Fast friendly, and accurate customer service. From Purchase to setup very efficient and communicated well. The quality of the furniture very high and not only looks stylish But is well made.

      Terrible ***************** There were four screws missing -unable to place the armrests on the chair. Called and requested to have the missing parts sent. First, I would need to take a picture of the chair and the missing parts. Then, submit a claim, and THEN wait for approval BEFORE I would receive the parts. WOW. Guess I will send the chair back- since I have to PROVE that I cannot finish the chair assembly.There are no supervisors available to speak with and I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service of this organization. There are better quality chairs out there. Avoid this company.

      Purchased an ****** executive leather chair which had the arm bolts shear off in less than two years. The chair was relocated to the local dump. Left a 2 star review for them with my complaint, on their web site, which does not show up in their web page reviews.

      I purchased a desk from them. Reported issue. For several months, I had different technicians came to fix three time. Waiting on fourth technician at this point since they would not refund the money. Because I gave a chance for them to fix the desk, I am over 30 days of refund policy. I am not trying to take free stuff from them. I want them to take the desk back. The desk is so unstable. Minds you, the desk was over $3500 so I am not talking about $500 desk. If any customers ever purchase anything and they find any issues with furniture- please refuse to have them fix. Otherwise, you will get caught up in their 30 days return policy and you will never get your money back even though they failed to fix it for third time! The last (fourth) technician supposed to come but I have been waiting to even hear back from this technician company to call me for an appointment. And they are saying, if this fourth person fail to fix, they will have to see what parts have to be shipped out to fix or alternative solution to fix the desk. So basically they wont refund and will continue to put you in this loophole of fixing and trying to resolve status. People - please please be aware of what you are putting yourself into. Putting words on here, they dont even care- as you can see how they respond to people. So I know they will come back with something else. But please consumers- please make better choice for yourself and your familys safety. If you find any issues, do not wait- process refund right away. Please dont fall for their offer to fix.

      Great until you have an issue. I was homeless from hurricaine *** abnd coukdnt return a defective item in 72 hours. They cant find help for that???Item was completely defective none of the holes lined up with the pegs and table cannot be assembled

      Do NOT order from this company. Find the item somewhere else. The delivery of the sofa I ordered was delayed significantly, arriving with damages in multiple places, despite my explicit requests for an undamaged product. I invested nearly $10,000 in this sofa, expecting perfection. Despite three different repairmen confirming the irreparable faults in its mechanisms, the company refuses to take responsibility. They now propose sending yet another repair person. Having made the purchase almost two years ago, I'm left without recourse with my credit card company. It feels as though they've taken my money, delivered a subpar sofa, and evaded resolution for almost a year. Communicating with them is an arduous process, often requiring multiple calls/emails due to what seems like an overwhelming volume of complaints they are handling. The problem is not about my sofa arriving damaged. Those things happen. It's about how they handled the situation thereafter. Aside from their business being completely disorganized, they have deceptive, unprofessional, and unreliable people working for them and representing the company. Buyers BEWARE!

      In February of this year my wife ordered a leather armchair from them. ***** arrived with a blemish that was unacceptable. They sent a technician over and was unable to fix the problem, the chair went back. They sent another, new problem, it went back. They sent a third, new issues, it went back and told them we were done and wanted our money back. In early November we received a check minus about ****** for a "return fee". This is unacceptable, we're not sending the chair back because we simply don't want it anymore, each piece they sent us had a visible problem. This is no way to do business. If it was possible to do a 1/2 star rating, we'd do it!

      Ordered a complete office setup with the Quincy ***** Order went through as "in stock, shipping in 2-3 days". Well, the desk was not in stock, and the order took 3 months to finally come in (credit card already charged BTW). White glove install, but I noticed something was missing. The desk!!!!! Called Zuri, called the installation house. Nobody knows where it is. The finish is not high quality, and the credenza piece does not match color with the rest of the set. Predrilled holes were misaligned, so the doors did not close properly. The install team had to redial them to get the doors aligned. Very unhappy with this outfit and this product. Stay away!!!

      Purchased an office desk for $3000 + $400 for "white glove" delivery and assembly. I had to move a bunch of furniture to make room for the assembly of the new desk. **************** showed up on a Friday morning, unpacked the parts only to find out that feet were missing. They told me that they had spare parts in their warehouse but would have to get an approval from Zuri to use those spare parts and would likely be back later that afternoon or the next day. I called **** and spoke with ************** to inform him of the situation and was told that they would contact the installer to coordinate. Have not heard back from anyone, so on Monday I called ************** who told me that their "logistics department" is communicating with the installer to figure out what parts were missing?! This is 3 days later and I cannot use my office because the disassembled desk parts are ***** all over.***** said he would contact me before the end of the day with an update, which he did not. On Tuesday I call again and spoke with *****, I have reiterated again that I need to use my office as I have a business to run and I need those parts overnighted to me, but she said that as a matter of policy the don't use overnight shipping. I have paid $3400 for this desk but they can't afford $100 for overnight shipping?!?Around 7PM I get an email from ************:"While we were not able to secure overnight shipping for the feet, we were able to have our fulfillment team prioritize this and get them shipped out today. Given the delays, we are happy to provide a $75 refund in addition to the agent coming out to complete the assembly once they receive the items."I responded that this was not a good solution and offered them two better options. Crickets...Now it is Wednesday at 5PM Eastern so I call Zuri to ask to speak with a manager. Ally answers the phone and informs me that all managers are in a meeting and one could not contact me back until tomorrow. Told her to come pick up the desk.
