I will recommend my friends and family anytime Credit associate. you are working behind closed door, making settlement on my behalf . Credit Associates are very kind and helpful. They always keep you informed of all that is happening with your account. My only complaint is that they offer you a referral bonus. I referred a person and have never received a bonus.....Credit Associates, LLC

I was cofused thinking this was a loan or something a help From Goverment since my work was not same after COVID . Please stay away From CreditAssocited because Your Credit Will become low 500 since they will not send payments until they send your paperwork to court. THEY WILL NOT EXPLAIN ABOUT THIS PROCESS THAT YOUR ACCT WILL BE SEND TO ATTORNEY. Hate that my representive she sounds like is a joke since she will saying now that I dont qualified for the benefit and I Can loses all my money thats was paid. Trust me Im confused at moment and dont know what to do???? All I can say is please stay with your mnimum monthly payment until you find a real loan company.Credit Associates, LLC

I wasn't sure what to do with excessive debt. The explanations were simple and seemed almost too good to be true. I wasn't comfortable ignoring creditors as I was instructed but it all worked out as explained, and now that it's over, I saved thousands and I can focus on financial stability. There wasn't a lot of communication and sometimes I worried about that, but in the end, there apparently wasn't a need for additional communication. Just the facts, pay as agreed, and it's all good.Credit Associates, LLC
