      This company claims that they have been assigned as a collection agency for the amount of $1800 for a early termination of a lease. While I do not agree with the entirety of the debt, I began paying it so it didnt go to collections for the past year.Recently I requested to know my balance saying I wanted to make sure my payments were being applied correctly and was ignored for 2 months. I followed up by saying that if they could not inform me of the remaining balance, then I consider the debt to be ***** in full. To this they replied you know it isnt rather than providing the balance. Later they said they would not provide anything in writing regarding the remaining balance.

      The account is labeled under collections, but still has the account type labeled as open which is an obvious error. I would like this removed from my credit report.

      I filed a complaint back in December and still havent heard any resolution. The company reporting on my credit report hasnt reached back out and Im requesting this account to be removed immediately *****************.

      I am requesting proof that National Credit Audit Corp sent me account validation documents. If they cannot provide proof, I demand this account be removed from my credit report as is my right per FCRA and FACTA. If National Credit Audit Corp does not comply, I will be filing a formal complaint with the **** and the FTC.

      I am lodging a formal complaint against NATIONAL CREDIT AUDIT CORPORATION due to their unprofessional and harassing behavior towards me concerning an alleged debt. Despite my repeated requests for validation of this debt in accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), their representatives, ****** and supervisor *******, were disrespectful and uncooperative, failing to adhere to professional conduct. They not only refused to provide necessary documentation validating the debt but also displayed aggressive behavior and verbally treated me with disrespect, raised their voices, and failed to adhere to professional conduct during our conversation. Despite my attempts to seek resolution, NATIONAL CREDIT AUDIT CORPORATIONs employees persisted in their uncooperative and verbally abusive conduct, further violating my rights under the ****** When I sought to speak with other representatives for civil discussion, I was redirected back to the same hostile individuals. Others at the company refused to engage with me, instead, directing me back to those who had mistreated me earlier.As a victim of identity theft, I am diligently rectifying fraudulent activities related to my identity. However, NATIONAL CREDIT AUDIT CORPORATIONs conduct has exacerbated my stress and obstructed my efforts to resolve this issue.Its important to clarify that while I acknowledge responsibility for legitimate debts, my request for validation is within my consumer rights. Shockingly, NATIONAL CREDIT AUDIT CORPORATION not only refused to validate the debt but insinuated dishonesty on my part regarding its ownership.I trust the Better Business Bureau will address this complaint promptly and appropriately. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter, and I anticipate a swift resolution.

      I have been sending letters requesting validation of an alleged debt for almost 2 years and have not once received any type of correspondence in return. To be clear, I have recieved no calls, emails, letters or anything from this company at all. To also be clear, I do NOT have a contract with this company nor have I ever received any goods or services from this company. I do NOT owe this debt. I have disputed this debt many times with the credit agencies and nothing is ever done. As a consumer, I have rights and collection agencies are SUPPOSED to follow FDCPA and FCRA laws. Apparently, this company is known for ignoring consumers, condescending responses, and using loopholes to avoid removing false accounts from a consumers credit file. The account number is **********Also, In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act National Credit Audit Corp has violated my rights as a consumer. 15 U.S.C **** section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C **** Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish a account to ********************** reporting agencies without my written instructions. This company has NO PERMISSIBLE PURPOSE TO OBTAIN OR ADD FALSE INFO TO MY CREDIT FILE. This account needs to be removed immediately. I'll be shocked if this company even responds judging by all the unanswered complaints filed on BBB website. A CFPB complaint will also be filed and I intend on following up with this issue until it is removed from my credit file.

      I do not have a contract nor do I owe any monies to National Credit. I have requested paperwork to validate the claims and the amount they are saying is owed and I have not received anything. This is showing on my credit report and is hindering me from finding a place to live. They have the legal obligation to provide me with the information I requested and they have failed on several occasions. The apartment they are stating I owe, I do not owe for any past due rent or damages.

      NOT LICENSED TO COLLECT OR TRANSACT COLLECTION BUSINESS IN MY STATE. LICENSE TO COLLECT SHOULD BE ACTIVE NOT IN PROCESS OR PENDING APPLICATION! I have been distressed about my credit report because your company is using unfair credit reporting methods. This company still reporting inaccurate information on my consumer credit report. I never had any business with your company National Credit Audit Corporation nor gave my written consent. Wheres the proof that I had a legal obligation to pay this company and I requested copies of my contract with this collection agency but got no response. This is a serious breach of my rights to privacy as a consumer by law. As per FTC guidelines reporting this account in my consumer credit report is a collection activity. therefore, you are in violation under 18 U.S. Code 894 - Collection of extensions of credit Under (a)Whoever knowingly participates in any way, or conspires to do so, in the use of any extortionate means (1)to collect or attempt to collect any extension of credit, or (2)to punish any person for the non-repayment thereof, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both. Your continued derogatory reporting of this alleged account in my credit report is a form of punishment and hurts my chances of improving my living situation. DELETE this account from my ********************** report.
