Credence Resource Management opened a false claim on my credit that I have debt of $66.00 to a company I don't have an account with. I never had ATT, I never received any bills about said account, and I suddenly had a new collection account on my credit. This has impacted my credit score. I googled Credence Resource Management and to my surprise is plagued with a plethora of negative Reviews from people warning others not give Credence Resource Management personal information due to scam practices. I would like this account to be remove from my credit report immediately.

Attached Above is the results from the last time I disputed this account when it was reported on my credit profile by a different collection agency. Credence has bought a debt assumed to be mine that I already disputed before. Im not sure it is even legal for another debt collection agency to buy and report an account I have previously and successfully disputed?! This debt is not mine and Credence Resource Management is wrongfully reporting it on my credit profile. They have been unable to provide me with an original contract OR proof that I owe this debt. I therefore need it removed and they are refusing to do so. I need the BBB to help me resolve this matter as I feel like I'm being bullied into accepting something that is not my obligation.
