    ****** ******* and Heritage Auctions have just provided me the single best customer experience I have ever had. After reaching out to Heritage Auctions I spoke with a person and was initially directed to a voicemail box for consignments. Within a business day ****** ******* called me back and really brought what Heritage Auctions is about to the surface. Within a week of making contact with ****** my items had gone from being stored safely in the top of my closet, to being in ******* hands in ********** where, within a day, he was able to provide me an estimate for their value at auction and walk me fully through the consignment process.     First of all these 1 star reviews should be ignored - like the guy that sent a box of stuff ************** experience with them was very pleasant. Everything was explained to me ahead of time and care was taken to ensure grading was done for the comics; and payment has been processed quite rapidly. Would do it again.

    I took delivery from Auction #******, LOT #*****. Described as "DC Bronze Age Comics *************** (DC, 1970) Condition: Average FN. This short box contains various issues of Ghosts (3/4 of the box); and G.I. Combat (1/4 of the box)." their description.First issue; The lot is described as (DC, 1970). Of the 86 total comics in this "Short Box" 33 are from the 70s and 53 are from the 80s.Second issue; There are a total of 86 issues, this is not a "short box" of comics. On average, a short box of comics is 150 bagged and boarded comics. This lot was Grossly exaggerated and the description misrepresented. I mean come on people, this is not Bubba *** on ***** You are Heritage auctions! I am returning to the hobby after a hiatus, is this now the standard Heritage holds?Heritage contacted me and told me they were authorized to give me a $25 credit. I told them I would like to know what happened to half of my comics. I asked for some kind of assurance this is not currently Heritages standard and it would not happen again. No explanation as to what happened with this lot or any kind of assurance it will not happen again. I was spending an average of a grand a week on comics with Heritage until this happened. Over a week since last correspondence, Very concerned.

    Always a perfect experience. *** purchased everything from posters to toys to records. Items always arrive packaged for battle meaning boxes containing my items inside another ****** only problem is my lack of funds to keep adding to my collections.Ill keep coming back to this company for important stuff as years progress
