    Dishonest and not upfront with costs. They ran a camera through our pipes and said it would be a set cost. Then then ran more tests without letting us know what was being done and also charged for that. They did not get back to us in the time they said they were going to get back to us. A supervisor by the name of **** came by to take more measurements after some of their employees had already came and did so. He then said he was going to get back to us the next day with an estimate for more work to be done and we never heard back from him. We called once more and they told us **** was out of town and he would get back to us and it has been over two weeks. To this day we have not heard back from them. I could go on and on but I will end this here. By far one of the worse companies I have ever dealt with.
