      My car did not start at 5:30pm on Sunday 7/20/25. The battery died. I called tripple A to get the new battery. They sent a Technician *******. He arrived rather quickly. He hooked up his diagnostic tool and told me the battery was fine and the issue was far more serious - malfunctioning Alternator. He told me to get a tow truck. I called a couple of mobile mechanics in the area. Both of them said it was most likely the battery based on symptoms. Neither of them could come to me because it was already almost 8pm on a sunday. I called Tripple A again and asked for another Tech with the Battery. I waited another hour when triple A cancelled that request. A customer ********************** *** called me and told me nonsense that with Jeeps the battery has to be re-programmed. (Please fire this person, I beg you)!!! I had to ask if *** could send a Tow Truck and they put in a request for that. I get the text status update and it says that the tech will arrive by 12:01 am. I called again and asked to please speed it up. I have already been sitting in my car for 4 hours without lights or a/c. Tow truck came at 11:00pm (3hrs later). I got home past midnight. Here is why I want to cry and scream. All of this could have been avoided, if ******* just installed a new **** battery. This morning the mobile mechanic came to my place and ***laced the battery. The battery was indeed dead . No other issues were found. To recap, I asked AAA TWCICE to come to me with the new battery - they completely f-ed it up. They wasted 5 hours of my life. I missed the signing performance of my friend that I purchased a ticket to. I sat and cried in my car feeling abandoned, helpless and brushed-off. I have NEVER felt that a company had ZERO care about a human being the way i felt dealing with AAA. I should have ubered to ********, bought portable jump cables, drove to Autozone nearby to get the battery ***laced. I feel hurt, and traumatized by this experience.

      Do not waste your time on this company! This is the 3rd time I used them and was disappointed. Today my keys got locked in my car at home. I called for someone to come and was promised that someone would be here for 7:12. Fast forward to it is now 7:45 and they still are not here. I called and talked to a *** and a supervisor and asked can they get my child an **** because she has to be at school for 8 and was told no. Question was why are they allowing companies in outside areas take job orders and lie to customers about their eta!! I want a refund of whole subscription asap

      Terrible customer service from all levels. Apparently monthly accounts are not available anymore yet they advertise them as available online. I talked to multiple people and a supervisor and all were rude and instead of helping me with my issue, pushed a deal which is the regular annual price. I would not recommend their services.

      I would leave a zero start if possible. I have been a member for 16 years. Only used the service twice prior and when my wife and daughter were stranded on the side of the road we were refused assistance because there was a magnet on the vehicle advertising a business and we were told they cannot help because it was a commercial vehicle. 16 YEARS and you leave my wife and daughter STRANDED on the side of the road. The whole purpose of this membership is for this and you LEAVE THEM STRANDED!!!!! Shame on you and your business for stealing my money over the years.

      Complaint:I signed up for *** through a mobile offer when I urgently needed a tow. The service itself was fine, but the cancellation process has been an absolute nightmare and feels deliberately obstructive.Several days before my renewal date, I attempted to call and cancelbut their office closes exactly at 5pm, and I was repeatedly sent to voicemail. When I called during open hours (8:40 AM), it took four separate calls just to get someone on the line. The first three disconnected the moment I mentioned "canceling my membership."On the fourth attempt, I avoided saying "cancel" and instead claimed I needed to update my payment method. Only then did someone stay on the line. I gave them a prepaid card with no balance to prevent further charges, and instead of canceling my membership, they simply removed the auto-renew and told me I could "call back to pay later."The AAA app offers no way to cancel online. It literally tells you to callthe very same phone number where you cant get through or are mysteriously hung up on. Theres no way to manage cancellation through your account, and no written confirmation was provided after my call.This is not what I expect from a company with **** reputation. This tactic of making it nearly impossible to cancel is deceptive, unethical, and a violation of fair business practices. I request that my membership be fully canceled immediately, that no charges be applied to my account, and that I receive written confirmation for my records.Consumers deserve better.

      I have been trying to cancel my insurance policy with this company for months. I sold a junk car in February 2025 and no longer needed insurance on it. I sent numerous cancellation forms by mail, email, and fax. I have tried calling and spoke to people through email to get passed along to representative after representative. It has been months and they are trying to bill me continuously. I think they have done this because they did not want to credit my account in March.

      I am writing to express my disappointment and
      disgust with AAA as a company , the Austin office as they were the ones who signed me up for this God awful policy and lastly the customer service when it comes to me ! When I first signed up he failed to send me the auto pay document to sign electronically because he was worried about another agent stealing his sale, I was misinformed by a representative of AAA that i had no payment due and it caused my insurance to almost get canceled . However it seems all you get from this company are empty sorries and no efforts to right wrongs or do better as a company . On April 1 an agent first reached out to me via phone then via email and I will attach that email in this email as well. In that email she stated to pay the 256.00 by 4/18 and then authorize the auto pay in a link which she had sent me .The following Monday she sent me a email and requested I pay 155.00 more dollars . For what it was never explained.I went days without a response from her and earlier this week she sent me a email.they ask me for these amounts of money with no explanation of why my insurance goes up , then down , the up again . Every month since November I have had a different amount owed when it comes to my insurance policy and I am TIRED of the inconsistency , the instability, the lies , the blank apologies and the lack of customer service provided by AAA. AAA Core values outlines the following ,financial strength, service, and advocacy, with the vision of being a trusted advisor to members and the communities they serve. The mission to offer competitively priced, value-added products and services that meet members' evolving needs. I have yet to receive anything your core values outline!!!!! I’ve given AAA almost six months to gain my trust based off word of mouth and good faith ! As a company you have failed , terribly at that !IT seems as this company has no regard for human life, no decency, no consistency, no empathy , no customer service!

      I recently had my f250 truck towed from property I own to another property in the city to expedite repairing the front brakes. During the online service request for the tow, I specified I wanted the tow driver to drop it off in my driveway. When he arrived to ***, I again said I wanted it in the driveway. He said he couldn't do that because of company policy. So the truck was left on street, it does not have a current registration and am afraid if I don't more the city might impound it. When I contacted AAA to request someone to put in the driveway, they said they could not because it would be a convience tow. So why am I paying good money for their service and not receiving what I want?This will figure heavily come renewal time.

      This company they dont pay all my balance of my car in the bank when I have accident. Also I do claim for my fence for hurricane they dont want to pay me.

      Scam. Pay for membership then get charged for using that membership in the same day.
